About this house rental
The house is independent, with garden and large gazebo and is located in a strategic position: a few steps from the Magliana railway station: 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport, from Parco Leonardo or Fiera di Roma, near the Israelite hospital.
The house consists of two bedrooms, one double, one with two single beds, an open kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed.
Please note that upon arrival a municipal tourist tax of 6 euros will be required per person over the age of 10 for a maximum of 10 nights.
The house is very large and quiet, ideal for a family with children. The entrance from a living room with kitchenette, the kitchen is new and fully equipped. A corridor leads to the master bedroom that a large and spacious wardrobe and to the second bedroom with single bed which has a wardrobe in the corridor. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed that can be opened for two people. On the opposite side of the house there is a space where you can freely look at the sky through the transparent cover. At home you can use unlimited wi-fi. Outside there are large spaces where you can play or play sports. On the upper level there is the natural green of the garden. Furthermore a covered terrace is provided with the necessary for an outdoor barbecue. **At the moment there is roadwork on this street and you can find parking on the nearby streets, but not right next to the house

The house is nice, plenty of room. Very clean. Everything worked. 5 minutes to bus station. 15-20 minutes to subway EUR Magliana. Supermarket 10 minutes to go.

We had a great stay. Ennio was very helpful, especially going out of his way after our flight was delayed to enable us to check in. The house was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed and more. It was close to a train station so it was easy to get to the centre of Rome. It was also very convenient for the airport. We had no problem parking just outside the house.
