The apartments were very clean, and everything we needed was there. The support team responded quickly. Everything was excellent. The location is great — there are cafes, shops, pharmacies, and the sea nearby. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality.
There was some kind of knocking noise in the apartment, and we couldn’t understand what it was. If you are a light sleeper, it might disturb your sleep.

The apartment is great! Here are some points.
- The apartment has a separate bedroom and a bed (no sofa bed).
- The bathroom was neat and clean.
- The apartment has very fast and functional Wifi internet.
- There is a freezer next to the refrigerator.
- There are noises outside (as is the case in France), but the house was quiet.
- The kitchen has a coffee machine, for which you can buy capsules, for example, from the nearby Lidl.
- The washing machine worked great.
- There is an elevator in the house, but it was broken during the entire visit.
- Apartment a couple of blocks from the beach boulevard.
- The city center is so close that you can walk there in no time.
- There is a Lidl grocery store about 200 meters away.
- The nearest tram station is about 500 meters away.
The apartment was excellent for us and we would go there again in a heartbeat!

Appartement très bien équipé, très propre et dans un quartier très agréable, à proximité de beaucoup de centres d’intérêts sur Nice… je recommande fortement.

- emplacement au top,
- appartement agréable, propre, confortable et bien optimisé,
- des rangements dans la chambre,
- modalités pour récupérer les clefs très pratiques,
- guide d'accueil très clair,
- chauffage au sol appréciable en hiver,
- l'absence de matériel pour cuisiner fait clairement baisser la note globale : c'est vraiment handicapant et décevant pour les personnes qui, comme nous, apprécions de cuisiner nous même. Pas d'assiettes creuses, peu de plats et saladiers, casseroles et poêles en téflon rayées... Pourtant, il y a tout les appareils qu'il faut (four, lave-vaisselle, plaques). Tout le monde ne peut pas ou ne souhaite pas manger au restaurant. Dommage.
- un ascenseur très petit : cela peut être un frein pour les personnes à mobilité réduite,
