Großzügiges Apartment mit großer Dachterrasse im 7. Stock (Lift vorhanden!) und tollen Blick über Dächer von Nizza nach Norden! Ansprechende Wohnatmosphäre mit elektrischen Jalousien und Markisen, geräumiges WoZi, großem Kleiderschrank im SchlaZi (sehr bequemes Doppelbett!), relativ großes Bad mit gut funktionierender Waschmaschine.
Dauer-Außenkochstelle auf dem unteren Balkon im 6. Stock unter uns mit z.T. störendem Essengeruch!? Trotz breiter Markise immer noch zuviel heiße Sonneneinstrahlung auf Terrasse - mangels fehlendem flexiblen Extra-Sonnenschirm, unhygienischer Wasserkocher gehört ausgetauscht, Küchenutensilien z.T. nicht mehr oder nur eingeschränkt gebrauchsfähig (stumpfe Messer, kein gescheiter Korkenzieher - und das in Frankreich!?)

Old furniture which was uncomfortable and small tv some cracked and chipped crockery which should be replaced no egg cups old hairdryer bed and pillows were uncomfortable

Het appartement ligt in een leuke buurt vlakbij de promenade. Veel leuke winkels voor dagelijkse boodschappen. Maar ook veel leuke restaurantjes. Centrum op loopafstand. Het appartement is zeer compleet en prima voor een wat langer verblijf. Het terras is royaal en goed ingericht. In februari niet echt kunnen gebruiken.
