Location and size of space.
Bedroom awkwardly sized - bed too big for space. Nespresso machine required special pods not available in regular stores - had to ask at four before getting directed to specialty shop. No instructions on this or anything else in space. Closeout instructions also confusing - no info about location of garbage disposal. Better communications and information would have been very helpful.
