The room and location and the cleanliness.
Also the space of the room.
The double bed was small than other double bed sizes I have been at other hotel stays.
The bathroom was open and no privacy as was next to the bedroom/living space as well the toilet.

The sauna and steam room and the cosy indoor pool were amazing. The massage was great too! We discovered that there is a steam facility in our shower room, what a pleasant surprise! The sandy beach is very nice too. Staff are very friendly.
The resort is small (we are used to resorts like the Club med). However, it has facilities that large resorts don’t offer, such as indoor steam in your own room. The swimming up pool is quite small, we didn’t use it.

Location and facilities wonderful. Beautiful views. Cleaning staff very friendly and did a great job. Some of the staff are wonderful.
Kostas and one other more experienced guy whose name I can't remember (sorry) were excellent. Overall though, it felt slightly disorganised and the attitude of some of the junior staff was poor at times. Food, including breakfast, is just okay. Facilities are better at this hotel than most along the Agia Marina strip, but the food and service is not as good as other hotels in the area.
