    I really enjoyed my stay here. location is great. However if you are specifically wanting 5 Star hotel, I would recommend researching some other places before choosing this. Small things like the staff weren't always attentive. Mostly I think there wasnt enough staff for certain areas/services. Most my interactions were with the reception staff. I was early to check in, and had to wait because there was a few of us checking in with only 1 receptionist which is fine, but because I was early they didnt really check me in yet. I went to check in and they said they will call me when the room was ready and I can get my key from reception. I went and had lunch somewhere, I received a call and said id be there in about 1hr. When i came back, I was told to sit and wait, again there was only one lady at reception. I wanted to stay 1 more night, and i found a deal online, but when i went to reception they wouldnt help or match the price so i just booked through here again. I told reception, they were aware and told me i dont need to change rooms. The day I was meant to check out i received a call that started bluntly with "your late to check out", I replied, oh I booked another night, the receptionisted said "when, with who" I proceeded to tell her 2 days a go, I already spoke to reception staff and have it in writing". It felt like her energy changed after that but it was still brief and short and no apologies. There was just little moments where I felt like an inconvenience sometimes. I always brushed it off but it was still noted. I brushed it off, but it left me realising ive never had such direct customer service from a resort like this. Positives: The hotel is very big and with a couple of pools & beach, Negative: its was always over crowded and hard to even find spot by the pool or beach. Positive: I had a garden view room, My room was nice, aircon great, The bed was super comfy, great shower Negatives: The shower being as great as it was, didnt really have much of a screen so it floods the bathroom every shower. The hotel is huge and slightly outdated in some areas. Not bad, you can just tell its been around for a long time. with so many apartments the place is a bit of a maze. Positive: had a garden facing room which had a little balcony which was really nice. im actually glad because there were less some rooms in less pleasant locations/views. Negative i keep my curtains closed the whole time pretty much, so i always had a dark room, due to it being in the center of the hotel, facing other rooms and the small garden next to a busy pool with people walking by all day. during my stay in Sep is was mostly families and kids. They have a small gym that was pretty good, and the spa was nice and has nice treatments, but its mostly just a pool, sauna/steam room. It was peaceful and quiet and barely anyone there when I went so I felt relaxed. Overall, id book again, and be specific with the room location and compare prices

    We enjoyed our stay here, the pool was great, food was nice. The only downside was the beds were very soft and uncomfortable.
