The Breakfast was really good. The location was amazing just next to the sea like we expected. The hotel staff was nice helpful and friendly.
There is nothing that didn't like. We liked everything about that property and the stuff. We will plan to visit again later someday. We should plan next time to visit when the season starts.

Breakfast was fine, they made omelettes, pancakes etc. to order. The staff was nice and helpful, there were several good restaurants for take-out in the neighborhood. The pool was pretty good, the sea very very close. We also liked the balcony/terrace where he had dinner most nights.
There was a glitch between the hotel and booking.com - the hotel did not intend for guests to use the kitchens so there was no cookware and too few plates/glasses. Having a working kitchen was one of our absolute musts though, and when the hotel staff found out that we had indeed gotten a confirmation that specified a room with a kitchen they quickly found some cookware and got us plates and glasses from the breakfast restaurant.
Also, there was some pretty loud construction work going on across the street from 7 AM in the mornings. Since we have young kids we were expecting to get up not much later than that anyways, but if I had been on a trip with adults it would have been a nuisance.

Vid frukosten var äggröran bra, kaffe var ok, att kunna sitta ute var ett plus. Lunch- och kvällsbuffet varierande, bra - måttligt kvalitet. Samma grönsaker varje dag.
Poolområdet är jättefin, ganska lite, under hela veckan lyckades vi inte en enda gång att få en solsäng. Men på kvällen kunde man njuta platsen.
Rummet vi fick var stor, som en lägenhet/appartement, visserligen mot stark trafikerade gatan men mycket bra ljudisolerande fönster, väl fungerande air kondition. Bra sängar. Stort badrum.
Till frukost fanns det visserligen frukt men de smakade tråkigt, melonen verkade inte vara mogna t.ex. Jag saknade fetaost/salladsost till frukost. All inclusive principen fungerade mycket dåligt, kan inte rekommenderas. Man fick stå i kö i baren för allt, betalande gäster fick förtur. Mycket begränsade tider för t.ex. glass, bara tre cocktails att välja på , rosévin ingick inte.

The hotel is located right on the beach and this seems to be the only strong side of it
I am visiting various placed on Crete regularly for more than a decade and I can say this hotel is certainly overpriced for the services it offers. My family was staying for 10 days or so and their room was not cleant even once during their stay. Isn't this rudiculous for a price of almost EUR 200 a month?! They were shy to ask the reception for the room service so it never came. The pool is tiny, the bar at the pool has no barman and it closes early. There is no shade around the pool at all. Basically there is no food during the day on the premises although it was advertised as available. Moreover my son got allergic to blankets they have as they offer something very old. Honestly I can name another 5 places on Crete immediately where you get way better service for half the price or less - and I'm sure there are many more. Overall we were extremely disappointed and won't stay there again.
