Really clean.
Comfy bed.
Staff were extremely helpful all through the hotel.
Really accommodating at special diets.
Nice fresh decor.
Buffet was on the smaller side but still plenty of selection.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and unwind. The food was equally impressive — fresh, delicious, and with a good variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality service.
The only downside to our stay was the large number of stray cats in the area. It’s a shame that nothing is being done to address this issue. The cats themselves are very friendly — and as a cat lover with three of my own, I truly adore them — but the situation can be stressful for those of us who care about their welfare. We had no issues with the hotel itself, but it would be wonderful if the community as a whole could do more to help these poor animals.

The staff and the duplex room and it was clean. Hard to think of anything else.
I did not like the food, the cheap drinks, very basic bathrooms, cheap tables and chairs (felt like a workman's bench) the longer that advertised walk to the beach. We did not use the ALL Inclusive despite paying for it, poorly lit food area and not a good choice of food. Way overpriced and could not wait to leave.
