The staff in the restaurant were fantastic, they arranged vegan yoghurt for me from a market after I asked if they have it and they didn't. They were very sweet to the kids (especially this one guy) and very professional.
There were a lot of ants in the room, on the floor, in the kitchen, in the bathroom... I understand there is a garden right outside, byt its unacceptable when we have a little baby crawling on the floor in the room and the ants went into her babyfood and medicine. One of the ladies in the reception was unprofessional and rude when we tried to solve the problem. She changed her attitude when we said we want to talk to the manager, which was odd. We got to change room luckily, and in that room there was only a few ants, but compared to the other room that was nothing. We also paid more for a panoramic view, but only a few of the rooms actually have a beautiful panoramic view, the one we had (and the room with ants) view was towards a construction site and you barely saw the sea. Price - quality it was not worth it at all. The beds were not comfortable and the furniture outdated.

Breakfast was lovely. Plenty to choose from. Staff were really helpful. Swimming pools were ideal for all ages. Children had plenty to choose from. An amazing water feature to run through and play. Great play area with climbing and slides. Whole outdoor areas were well looked after. Lively big balcony out side our room
We were disappointed to find there was only a cot for our 4 year old. We had to share a bed

max 5 mins walk to the beach
Local traditional restaurants all within easy 5 to 10 mins walk
Pool areas are very clean and kids pool also comes with shade which is great for the kids
All inc breakfast was very good which a wide variety of choice!
Dinner menu was also full of choice, cooked well and tasted great - value for money!
