Great facilities such as the pool and buffet breakfast

Our apartment was right at the bottom near the street and felt as if it was an overflow apartment used only when at maximum capacity… other then the apartment it was 4.8stars

Poor room facilities, no coffee etc… Bit of a steep climb to get about ..rooms to breakfast area ! Pet Peve - entitled guests spread pool towels on all the pool chairs first thing in the morning, then show up hours and hours later , management need to police this ( if your not in the pool area , towels should be removed )

Great location, friendly with lots of character. Great location for views and local beaches. Easy bus services for into Chania

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Location was pretty but dated. Breakfast was excellent

While checking in at around 8 p.m , a staff rushed to sell us buffet dinner on on their Cretan night which started at 7:30p.m . She stood outside our room until we decided. We felt very rushed especially the dinner which ended being served at 9 p.m . So we had to eat very quickly as we only had 30 minutes. I regretted buying it. The bathroom was very small ( toilet and bath combo ) . We literally had water in the whole area everytime one had a shower so was hard to use toilet without getting feet wet. There is only one airconditioning unit ( in the bedroom) none in the living room where the twin beds are. Lucky for us it was not hot when we were here but it could be an issue in the summer. The pool area looked good although we did not get to use it. Breakfast was excellent. Over all we had a pleasant Sta
