The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, and the view was amazing. Breakfast was also pretty good, and the hotel facilities were also great. Would recommend to anyone with or without children!

Fridge in the room. Which was a full size fridge
Breakfast had a nice choice
Staff friendlyand efficient
Everywhere was kept very clean.
The bedroom was basic. Bare walls.
Sink in the bedroom and not in the bathroom.
Tiny towls. Hardly big enough to go round you.
Kettle and coffee machine provided. But no tea or coffee to go with them.
Dreadful poolside music.

Had a lovely week at the Theo Hotel. Our sea view room and balcony were spacious.
Pool area is delightful with plenty of comfy sunbeds. Up on a hill but a short walk down to the road and beach.
No side panel on shower so it's hard not to flood the bathroom!
Loud music when relaxing by the pool.

Location was pretty but dated. Breakfast was excellent
While checking in at around 8 p.m , a staff rushed to sell us buffet dinner on on their Cretan night which started at 7:30p.m . She stood outside our room until we decided. We felt very rushed especially the dinner which ended being served at 9 p.m . So we had to eat very quickly as we only had 30 minutes. I regretted buying it.
The bathroom was very small ( toilet and bath combo ) . We literally had water in the whole area everytime one had a shower so was hard to use toilet without getting feet wet.
There is only one airconditioning unit ( in the bedroom) none in the living room where the twin beds are. Lucky for us it was not hot when we were here but it could be an issue in the summer.
The pool area looked good although we did not get to use it.
Breakfast was excellent.
