xSuites - Adults Only Boutique Suites with Private Jacuzzi

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Agia Marina with plenty of restaurants, tavernas, and supermarkets close by. The pool area was a real highlight too, small but well kept and genuinely relaxing. Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent, not just for the food but for the view over Agia Marina, and having access to that terrace at any time of day made it feel like part of the room rather than just a breakfast spot. The room was a good size, the bathtub was a lovely touch, and the daily cleaning service kept everything spotless throughout our stay. Reception staff were consistently helpful, from everyday requests to arranging our airport transport, which took the stress out of the travel days. Breakfast had good variety on top of that, and staff overall were responsive and attentive whenever we needed anything. Altogether a genuinely relaxing stay, and we'd happily return.

Breakfast ran from 8:15 to 10:15, an hour shorter than our last visit a couple of years ago, when it ran from 8 to 11. On a relaxed holiday, my wife only made it down twice in ten days. Extending it back to around 11 would make a real difference. Separately, sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are managed by the neighbouring restaurants, bars, and hotels rather than xSuites itself. An arranged partnership with one of these venues, giving xSuites guests reserved or priority use of their loungers, would round out the experience for a property at this level.

The hotel is excellently positioned in Agia Marinas. The rooms are brilliant with large rooms, a comfortable bed. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The team were excellent too!

The property looks as nice and clean as the pictures. Has such a nice calm feel walking through. Great security when entering through the door, a lovely big balcony around the room. The location was amazing, can see the view of the sea (dependent on the room you book I guess), supermarkets, bars and restaurants local. Everything a walk away. Nice pool around the side. Amazing staff!!

Honestly, there is nothing I didn’t like. I could not fault one thing. Hostess was amazing. She checked in daily to make sure all was well. Lovely lady

Location excellent. Apartments very clean and modern with AC. Rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Angie the receptionist was exceptional, providing us with info on the area, and places to go. She is definitely an asset to xSuites and so friendly, as all the people we met were. A lovely resort, beautiful beach and food and Chania which is definitely worth a visit too. Bus to Chania only €2... We will definitely be back.

Our apartment (Lydia suite) was on ground floor facing onto street which could be a bit noisy. We thought too we wouldn't have privacy on balcony but it was shielded from street with privacy glass, so no one from outside could look in which was good.
