Everything was exceptional! We felt great during our stay at this hotel — the bed was comfy, the food was really tasty, and the staff were super friendly and always smiling. The receptionist was very helpful with tips about getting around, and we even got a lovely surprise while celebrating a birthday. Thank you for making our stay so special — we’d love to come back again soon!

I loved the area, after visiting the busy town of chania,I really liked that this location was more chill.
The parking situation was small, but really, thats the only complaint

Hotel has a very nice and clean beach area. Staff is incredibly kind and friendly. It was very kind for them to offer us a free beach access for the whole stay even though it is 8 eur per day.
The hotel does not provide the mediocre level of comfort required for “all inclusive” package. For an half board or full board package, I would give 10/10 but now only 5/10.
The room has the weirdest bathroom arrangement which provides almost no privacy with glass walls. It was weird even as a couple and should be disturbing for families or friends.
