Sicuramente l'alloggio ha una posizione strategica per visitare Venezia e disporre di servizi nelle immediate vicinanze: 2 min a piedi per prendere il tram che in 20 min circa ti porta a Piazzale Roma, farmacia all'angolo, supermercato a 5 min. a piedi. Inoltre la persona presente sul posto è molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere eventuali problematiche
Al piano terra non c'è proprio connessione (anche con la propria rete), il wifi prende solo al primo piano, la televisione ha solo 1-2 canali funzionanti, cuscini e divano letto scomodi, doccia con ante arrugginite e che non si chiudono.... basterebbero piccoli accorgimenti a monte da parte della proprietà per valorizzare la casa.
