Location is perfect 100mtrs to tram stop, direct into Venice 15 minutes €1.70 Big supermarket 100mtrs. Great restaurants in walking distance and very good prices.

The location was great! Close to the tram and some shops.
The misleading headline of the advertisement of this property. • the “free parking”, yes its free but there is no parking available since its on the side of the road and all the apartments in the area uses the streets for parking. We eventually parked in a parking garage in the city centre and had to catch the tram back to our apartment. • “& tram service “ mentioned right after the free parking. So reading it, it sounds like it is free. IT IS NOT FREE. Although it wasn’t too expensive and the stop is just down the road.
