Space is great but what is greater was the hospitality and experience. Friendly staff and Michelin level food beyond our expectation. Just exceptional.

Accueil chaleureux de Yuki, gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel. Hotel de petite taille qui permet à tout moment une attention "privée". Magnifique chambre et qualité des lits. Le repas du soir est excellent, digne d'un étoilé, mariage entre cusine japonaise et française. Magnifique association avec les vins (en option). Le petit-déjeuner est également excellent. Félicitation au chef Yuki (oui le chef s'appelle également Yuki). Nous avons été enchanté par cette découverte. Une expérience inoubliable! Nous espérons y retourner un jour....

工夫をこらしたお食事は、戸隠の森のエネルギーをそのまま身体にいただいているかのようでした。お部屋もシンプルで私の好みです。床暖が優しい温かみ、スタッフの方々もとても感じがよく、ふんわりとリラックスできる場所、また伺いたいです。
