    This is the second time we return to this accommodation. We love it in our previous stay, and this round it is equally as good. They did a little upgrade, which we love :) Accommodation is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious. It’s a wonderful place to return to after a day of skiing. I would think this is the best ski in ski out accommodation along the slope.

    Pros: Ski in ski out hotel, very accessible to the beginner slopes. Hearty home made breakfast. Rooms were huge and clean. Drying rooms available for ski gear. Cons: Very expensive, but i think its worth it for first time skiers to hakuba as the location is really good - right beside the beginner slopes. Perhaps just worth to stay for one night as you familiarise with hakuba’s shuttle bus timings etc. Need to take shuttle bus to the more vibrant areas eg happo one, but may need to take uber back as the shuttle services end early. Uber is easy to get but very expensive there. Reception closes at 9pm. Security seems to be lacking as the ski cafe and lobby can be accessed by anyone.

    Really amazing spot if you decided on the ski resort next to it. But we end up only skiing only one day at the resort due to limited course Was disappointing there were only limited room cleaning everyday. Basically just emptying rubbish bin. They don’t make bed or do any other cleaning

    This is purely my personal opinion, stayed 6-10 march 2026. Pros: - location is ski in ski out -sanitary and toilet use hans grohe and panasonic toilet. Cons: - toilet is very small, its like airplane lavatory in economy seat. - the sink is very small too - no quality control on daily clean, they just give fresh towel, thats all -staff sometimes greet you, sometimes does not bother at all. Different staff different attitude. - breakfast time only until 9am and its very basic - normal checkout time 9am ( they give us until 11 for late checkout fortunately) - for the price we paid, it is definitely not worth it, the price we paid is more expensive than 5 star hotel in hakuba such as sierra or the happo.
