The staff was excellent and helped us carry our bags up to the third floor. The hotel is very well located and provides a free shuttle to its partner hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rooms were quite spacious and we had a big bathtub to soak in. We really enjoyed our stay!

You can walk to the Happo area Ski lift and short taxi or shuttle to ski school. Also as it is part of the HHG group you can get shuttles to and from its restaurants which is a plus in the crazy hectic winter nights when there are no cabs available. Rooms are big and comfortable albeit a bit older. Staff were very helpful.
We bought at short notice and peak ski season so the room rate was very high ( even compared to the year before).

The temperature in the hotel is ok. The online service desk is really responsive.
