建物自体はかなり古いが 内装はリフォーム済みで 綺麗。 栂池ゴンドラ乗り場からほど近い立地なのでスキーシーズンにも利用する選択肢になる。
各部屋には 壁掛けのエアコンが増設されているが、元からある全館空調のダクトから カビ臭いイヤなニオイがする。バスルームも同じ。 部屋に入った瞬間から気になった。 それ以外は良かったので、ぜひとも改善してもらいたい。

昨年リニューアルしたそうで、大変キレイで清潔な環境でした。
部屋にテレビの設置がない。寝るときの浴衣等の準備がない。など
