フロントのお姉さんが気さくで優しくて良かった！
カフェの店員さんも皆さん親切！（子供に対しても優しい）
お部屋は写真でみるよりも綺麗で広く、畳もあるので乳児がいても安心して泊まれた。（敷布団を引けるのもGOOD）
姿見、フェイスタオルの大きさのタオルが部屋に置いてあると尚嬉しい。（バスタオルは置いてありました）
他の方が書かれているようにエレベーターがないので荷物を運ぶのに少し大変でしたがフロントのお姉さんが手伝ってくださったのと、お部屋の綺麗さや接客の良さなどでリカバリーされていて特に不便さは気になりませんでした！！

外観、内装ともにおしゃれで室内もリフォーム間もないようで大変きれいでした。
スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で好感がもてました。
ゴールデンウィーク中にもかかわらず家族4人で大変リーズナブルに宿泊できました。
朝食のホットラテ美味しかったです。
普通にシャワーを浴びるとバスルームの扉の下からお湯が洗面台の方に流れ出た。

Great location right at the lifts. Room was huge with.a lovely tatami area in addition to our beds. Breakfast was great - good quantities, and varied each morning.lowvely dining and bar area, and parking on the premises. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was a slight odour in our room but not too bad.
