Great place with super comfortable and clean room.

Very nice appartment. The owners make everything to make the stay confortable and pleasant.

Parking is challenging. In particular EV charger spots were occupied by other cars.

Italian hospitality at it’s best!

The property is very clean, well structured and very stylish. But the highlight are the hosts Antonella and Francesco, who were very hospitable, took great care of us and even brought us figs from their garden. Lovely place and great people - what more would you want?

Perfect Torino Location & Stay

Francesco & Antonella made us feel welcome both via WhatsApp before arrival and as we arrived around at 9pm meeting us upon arrival, they explained the facilities in the room (Mini Fridge / Kettle / Etc.) and the communal Kitchen with Espresso Machine, Induction Hob and Microwave available. Access to the property is Website based to unlock two doors and this was very easy to do directly but keys could be provided if this was not possible. The Room (Celio) was huge with high ceilings and a queen bed, Aircon is provided and also a huge Radiator in case of colder nights. Additional firmer pillows were available in the wardrobe which also contained a small Safe (big enough for Passports / iPad mini and Kindle etc. (This would not hold a Laptop or a full size iPad) We did watch the TV on one of the evenings and this was good quality with App Links to the normal Streaming Services. Bathroom consisted of Sink / Shower / Toilet and Bidet, Shower Gel and Shampoo were provided and the room also had a Hair Dryer.

It's very difficult to find any fault here, Service and amenities were better than those provided at some 4 star hotels :-)

Clean, cosy, absolutely new rooms with great hosts!

The hosts are very kind and helpful, the property is new, in the rooms everything is new, cosy and clean. The hotel also provides cookies and tea in the room and there is a kitchen with coffee and a microwave. The location is very nice - near a subways station, in 15 minutes walk from the bus station, there is a good choice of restaurants and cafes around, and it was quiet during the night. Everything was perfect, and also I wanted to highlight that the ceiling in the property is very high, which adds extra cosiness to the room, in my opinion.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Splendid Room Suite per il nostro weekend a Torino e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! 💛 Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati, la suite è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e super accogliente, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per la città. Un ringraziamento speciale va ai proprietari, di una gentilezza e disponibilità davvero unica. Ci hanno accolti con calore, ci hanno dato tantissime indicazioni utili e consigliato posti e ristoranti che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo, si vede quanto ci tengano a far sentire gli ospiti a casa. È stata un’esperienza bellissima e sicuramente torneremo. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un’ospitalità autentica!

Super accogliente ottima posizione

Soggiorno molto piacevole di due notti a Torino. La camera era davvero bella e accogliente, ampia, pulita e ben curata, dotata di TV, bollitore e mini frigo, tutti comfort molto apprezzati. Ottima anche la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina per preparare il caffè, un dettaglio che rende l’esperienza ancora più comoda. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Stazione metro a due passi.

Aspetti negativi praticamente assenti: se proprio si vuole suggerire un miglioramento, sarebbe stato gradito trovare qualche snack o bevanda in più a disposizione in cucina. Nel complesso, esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Ho soggiornato qui per 5 giorni. In questo tempo, ho potuto ospitare alcuni miei parenti e amici nelle altre camere della struttura. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Gli host sono stati estremamente disponibili oltre che molto calorosi e simpatici. Sono stati impeccabili nell'organizzazione dei vari check-in e nella preparazione delle camere. Le camere sono estremamente pulite, arredate con molta cura e gusto e rispecchiano la dedizione degli host per il loro lavoro. La struttura è molto accogliente e soddisfa le esigenze di chi viaggia. Ho molto apprezzato l'arredamento che riflette la passione degli host per i viaggi e per l'hôtellerie. Grazie ancora, un caro saluto da Simona e Dario

Non potrei essere più soddisfatta della mia scelta. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben posizionata, a pochi passi dalla metro con la quale si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse della città. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. I proprietari sono persone davvero gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a fornire informazioni utili su cosa visitare in città e dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia visitare Torino e godere di un'ospitalità calda e familiare. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Tive uma excelente estadia no Splendid Room Suites em Turim! O quarto era confortável e bem decorado, e a hospitalidade dos hosts fez toda a diferença. Foram extremamente atenciosos e prestáveis, chegando até a ajudar-me a reaver a minha mala no aeroporto enquanto eu estava numa reunião de trabalho. O edifício é antigo e muito bonito, o que lhe dá um charme especial, mas talvez por isso o isolamento acústico não seja perfeito. Ainda assim, nada que tenha comprometido a minha experiênciaUm serviço realmente acima das expectativas! Recomendo sem hesitação

La chambre que nous avons eue est très confortable, décorée avec soin et originale avec son plafonnier lumineux montrant un paysage. Le principe des affittacamere est répandu en Italie : ce sont des grands appartements qui ont été convertis en plusieurs logements neufs qui gardent la même porte de pallier. Les sympathiques hôtes étaient présents dans l'entrée commune pour accueillir les voyageurs jusqu'au soir.

La chambre était très belle mais manquait d'insonorisation : le bruit des autres occupants de l'affittacamere étaient nettement perceptibles le soir, une fois les hôtes partis.
