Only that the neighborhood was quiet

The room was claustrophobic There was a skylight that the remote was not we working was not informed about it could not get any fresh air after my request they put batteries The worst was that the door of my room was blocked Sunday night under rain at eleven I had to call and wait 45 minutes for someone to come and fix it temporarily The distance from center was very very far Next to the hotel a water reserve full of cellular phone antennas that totally affected my quality of sleep combined with the claustrophobia of the room Basically a ground floor prison cell

the shower was missing the glass panel that closes it on one side, it had been replaced by a curtain and it would attach itself to one's body as the shower stall is very small - cruises offer bigger showers; The internet would cut out - conversations were soon sent by text messages as the conversations by phone were not working

- quite good breakfast! - personnel overall available, even though with some distractions

- room: I guess that some rooms are renovated (judging by the pictures), others are very old, with some parts even damaged , like the shower, and need be renovated (based on my experience). - environment overall not very soundproofed (heard people screaming in the middle of the night or very early in the morning)

Very welcoming reception lady who provided clarification on how to get to tramway, where to park car, and made us feel very welcome overall

The rooms were too hot to be comfortable at night. It was difficult to find sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and well responded to our extra needs. Super comfortable and quiet rooms, convenient location, easy to find. Good value for money.
