Extremely hospitality

Very hospitable staff. Location between airport and center, with good transport possibilities. District is very safety and quite. Room is ok, not big, but enough for 2 people. Breakfast is good, ham, cheese, croissants, fruits, good coffee.

Shower cabin is very small, 60*60cm. I'm slim and haven't problems, but for some people it can be problem. Low WIFE signal on 4th floor, on reception is very good signal. Anyway, I recommend this hotel absolutely

The location is very accessible coz infront is a Tram and a bus station however far from city center. I love the balcony view from the hotel.

From midnight the Verwarming (heater) got turned off and it is soo cold…

In the evening it was noisy in the corridor, people were talking. The fire alarm turned on during the night, someone called the manager, but not the fire department. Disappointed with my stay.

Pleasent stay

Great value for money. We had clean room with balcony. Nice breakfast was included in the room price. Bonus was that the tram stop was in the front of the hotel!

The hotel is very good! Breakfast was 5 stars and it’s included in the price. Great coffee/hot chocolate, juice, pies, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, cereal, jams, Nutella, bread/cheese etc. The staff are super welcoming too. The hotel is right next to the bus and tram stops too so it’s really easy to get around. The room was very clean and quiet. Very nice stay!

The staff at this hotel is very nice, they helped us with all of the public transport lines and where that gets you in Turin. We were absolutely (positively) surprised by the cute lift in this hotel. The room was adequately sized, but I missed a locker/safe. In the 36 degrees in Turin, it also helped that the room had a well functioning airco.

The bathrooms are small, if you're a bit bigger you won't have a lot of space to sit on the toilet. The shower is really small as well, plus the shower head wasn't stable and you'd randomly get a splash of cold water over you.
