First time visit to Hotel Tourist, first this zona…..easy on the Metro

Thank you to the staff!

First and foremost, the staff were super proactive and helpful when there was a problem with my door lock was jammed and the door wouldn't lock (I arrived at around 11.30pm, and the reception had left self-check-in instructions). I called them, and the way they dealt with it quickly and efficiently (by changing rooms) really turned around what could have been a bad situation. Thanks very much to the staff! In terms of location, it's about 40 mins by foot out from the city, but the metro stations are nearby. The room is comfortable too, and the breakfast was pretty good.

The furnishings in the room are pretty dated, which is why the lock on my door had been broken. Also lots of scuffs on the wall / broken skirting boards / loose window fittings etc. This makes sense with the price, but is a space for improvement in the hotel.

A great stay!

The hotel is ideal for the train stations which is why we stayed here for an overnight stay travelling between Turin and Paris we used the metro for the stations and the tram for the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful the breakfast was delicious. We were able to store our luggage in reception before our afternoon train to explore the area and found a market to wander through.

Good affordable place to stay.

The rooms possess a charming retro aesthetic reminiscent of the 1980s, which is quite appealing. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are also spacious, featuring high ceilings. The staff members are exceptionally helpful, when I experienced a delay with my bus and was unable to arrive for check-in on time, they kindly assisted me by completing the check-in process over the phone and providing instructions for obtaining the keys and accessing the room. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Room windows could be better, lots of sound from street goes trough, i would suggest earplugs for sensitive sleepers.

It’s a nightmare for non-smokers because the awful smell of cigarettes is everywhere.

Room was clean. Location was good for us as it is nearby central bus station.

The cigarettes smell in the room was horrible. As for non smokers this was so bad. Everything is old and broken so it feels like you live in a clean abandoned house.

Not worth it

Breakfast and the location

The clogged bath tub, the mould, the lack of insulation, the empty toilet paper roll when I arrived. Also, kids were rampaging in the middle of the night banging on their friends' doors, staff did nothing, I had to intervene.

Not a value for money at all

The rooms were not well maintained and not clean . The place was falling apart and the staff weren’t helpful or understanding of the situation. I even found makeup stained linens in my room and the hotel staff did nothing about it

Near flixbus station

Clean but old room Very friendly and helpful staff, our bus was delay and we will be after check in time so they help and explain everythink how to entrance. Simple italian breakfast, you can make some sandwiches, are desserts and fruit. Good location, not far from flixbus station

Isandra was very helpful and pleasant. It was a clean and comfortable place. Breakfast was ver good with a variety of food and fruit and pastries

Fresh and silent hotel

Good location next to metro or 20 min walk from center. Very clean room with towels. Good service especially the receptionist Claudio is a nice person who helped me to arrange the early breakfast. Highly recommended

Pleasant

Very nice staff, safe parking, good breakfast

Wi-fi works only in common areas, we had no connection in the room. The room was overall clean, but in the bathroom there were some not clean spots. There was no remote to the AC.

Very friendly staff, good quality for the price you pay. If you are lucky there are a couple of parking spaces right in front of the hotel.

Breakfast is modest only one type of cheese but considering the money you pay still nothing to complain.

very close to the metro and with a lot of parking spots near by! quite clean

at our arrive we where served by a man who was very impolite, he spoke to me from another room without even come to the desk! At night, when we came back from our visit there was a woman who was actually very kind! in the morning at 9 am we were wake up from construction right in front of our room! a very bad wake up

Bad

Some employee entered our room at 2AM while we were sleeping, and he did it twice because once is not enough. We got a "sorry for the inconvenience" in the morning. It seems like he made a mistake. It was horrible.

Superb

Small but great breakfast. Freshly made coffe or milk chocolate for everyone not just having a machine. Great value for money, everything was tasty, warm and crunchy. The location is not directly in the center but it is very close to a metro station that goes straight to the center every few minutes. Because of that the area is quite calm for a city. The hotel is not luxurious but it is great vlaue overall. Clean rooms, big windows, and working AC which is always a bonus.

Exceptional

The room was very clean and tidy. Very spacious room with big window and a small balcony. The breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend it and I'm planning to stay again during my next trip to Torino.
