Location is very good. There's a convenience store next to the hotel and also a restaurant which has good food.

The hotel rooms feel very neglected and old, the air conditioner was not working. Balcony was dirty.

A good lower-cost alternative, an easy tram ride from the city centre

Clean and comfortable. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of free street parking in the neighbourhood. Easy tram ride to the city centre. It's not a modern or luxury hotel, but this is reflected in the price.

Disappointed but it has potential.

I needed 24hrs service because I came late. If you like a sweet breakfast it was okay. Clean with nice tiles.

The shower was horrible, the only electrical outlet was in the bathroom where it was an electrical hazard because of the shower. The bedroom was bizarre, very big which made it feel empty. The shutters were difficult to close, luckily I had to get up early but I couldn't close it. The shower-drain was slow so no long showers. When I ordered Americano during breakfast it came in different styles & cups each time.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is a little bit off center and far from the main sightseeing places of Turin, but the neighborhood is pleasant.

There was a strange noise all night which meant I barely got any sleep. The smoke/heat detector on the ceiling had an intermittent flashing light which was annoying too.

I would recommend

Great location, great owners who spoke English. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was tasty (but mostly sweet). Coffee was delicious. Great price for quality. Next to the hotel you could eat tasty pizza. About 2km to city center on foot. Also close to the bus stop. I would recommend stay in this hotel.

The service was super friendly and helpful. I also liked the breakfast, as the choice was pretty vast for the price, and there was something for sweet toth as much as more salty options. The room was ok, clean towels, nice shampoo and soap to use, electric outlest with possibility to use europlags.

The room was in general clean but unfortunately I could feel the smell of cigarettes when entering the room, which was killing an impression. Also, the AC was at 17 Celcius degrees when we came in - great to have AC but when it's 15 outside, I would rather count on some heating :D.

All in all I was happy with the hotel and would go there again.

- Very friendly and helpful staff; among other things they call a taxi for you. - Nearby there's an excellent restaurant that specialises in fish and pizza.

- If you're used to "continental breakfast", you are likely to find it a bit of a joke there (lots of sweet stuff, and little else). - In my room the air conditioning was at full blast and couldn't be switched off or regulated (it was broken). I had arrived shortly before midnight and it was too late to do anything about it, so I spent the night at 18º, the cold air hitting my bed directly. Next day they fixed it though, so no complaints really.

Ideal location near the Politecnico di Torino and the Energy Center. Ideal for people visiting the university.

The room in which I stayed was very clean, and spacious, beds were very comfortable, but the furniture was quite old.
