Silvia was so friendly and helpful, she gave great recommendations and helped me get settled in straight away. The location is great for exploring the walled centre, and parking was an easy 5 min walk away.

Rooms are a little dated, but they have lots of character and were clean and comfortable.

Fantastic and stunning location. Beautiful suite in a beautiful historical building within the city walls. Literally, steps from everything. Patrisia, who met us at the entrance, was amazing. She was very friendly, welcoming and a font of local information - Thank you! We had a peaceful night sleep in the very comfortable bed. It was very helpful to be able to leave our luggage in the communal area after check out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was truly unforgettable. The property itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and filled with the most wonderful fragrance throughout. What made it truly special, however, was our host and her incredible team; they were so warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. We were especially touched by the thoughtful touches for our daughter, including a toddler cot dressed with the sweetest hand-crocheted bedding made by the host’s grandmother. Nothing was too much trouble, from sharing fascinating local knowledge and stories to even rescuing us when our phone charger stopped working. Combined with the magical setting of San Gimignano, where it feels as though you are sleeping in a castle, this was a stay we will remember for a very long time and a highlight of our trip to Italy.

Great location, well maintained facilities, superb stay! Cannot wait to come back, highly recommend! Hostess was super polite and helpful explaining to us what to do & where to eat in San Gimignano.
