breakfast is the only good part of this hotel, rooms are super tiny

Our room was very very tiny. Francesca at breakfast is a wonderful person, so welcoming and happy, but most of the other staff were unfriendly and seemed to hate their jobs.

the rooms are very small impossible to open your suitcases in, and we booked the largest room

Beautiful location with killer views, great staff and food

Hotel is inside the walls of the city so no cars can enter. The hotel is easily located a short walk inside and they helped us with our bags. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was included and was amazing!

second bed in room was very uncomfortable. Set up for friends sharing is a little inconvenient. One person had a huge comfortable bed the other a very hard day bed.

Very central for exploring the town.

We ended up parking in car park no 4 when we arrived - long walk with luggage. €15 per 24h to leave your Car there. On checkout, we got a sign from reception to leave in our car for a few mins - then collected the car and driver round to just outside the city wall gate nearest the hotel - 1 min walk. A lot easier than getting our luggage all the way back to the car park 4!

The hotel was fantastic. It was very clean, was a very convenient location. Room was ready when we arrived and staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The directions on parking were a bit confusing but staff assisted us once we arrived.

Can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay

Location, location, location It’s a charming hotel located just inside the gate with parking close by outside the gate It was a lovely room and breakfast was served at the restaurant next-door with a knock your socks off view

Since they didn’t have a bar or access to restaurant, we went down to the bar / cafe just inside the gate - great staff San Gimignano is FULL of tourists, especially near the gate

Good, comfortable, spacious.

Beautiful location and views from the room. The room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable also. In a very good location but no parking available. We walked about 10 minutes from our carpark but this is not a deal breaker as we had small luggage. The breakfast was great but the coffee was average. Would certainly recommend and return.

Great place to stay for ease of access

We liked how easy it was to get to the hotel from the parking lot. We didn't have to drag our suitcases too far. It was well located and easy to get anywhere in town. It's away from the main square and was quieter.

The deck is pretty narrow and there is not much room to sit. However once you get settled in, it's a nice side view of the two and landscape.

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful, spacious, clean room with spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside. Staff are great to deal with. Exceptional breakfast served in restaurant part of building with great views. Lady who served breakfast was fantastic. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Well appointed room with comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Had dinner in the restaurant and the meal was outstanding. Overall we enjoyed every moment staying here, and can't wait to return.

The location was wonderful, within the walls of the old city and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. Staff gave some great recommendations for local restaurants. Our room has a terrace overlooking the main road.

Great location, lovely staff and excellent secure parking a short distance away. The view from the restaurant is spectacular! The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and wonderful scrambled eggs!

Very good hotel with perfect surroundings and wonderful staff.

View from room was fabulous. Parking garage worked very well. Excellent location. Use of pool at sister hotel was very nice. Restaurant was very good but hotel guests not given preferential treatment.

Balcony was very small but with wonderful views. Only wide enough for a table or chair. At the same time there was a very large balcony below with no one using it.
