This property was the highlight of our stay in Italy, would definitely book it again.

This property is a Tuscan dream - it's close enough to the beautiful San Gimignano without being bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle, has a nice garden, convenient parking facilities, and views from the garden that are typical of the picturesque Tuscan countryside that is often spoken about but definitely not overrated. Cristina is a charming easy-going host, friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient place if you have a rental car or your own car. Good value-for-money.

It's a bit restrictive with the check-in times, but regardless, you may not want to arrive very late when it's dark given the windy roads leading to San Gimignano, especially if you're not very familiar with the area. Also, the check-in times are clearly stated in the description.

Fabulous stay in a lovely apartment perfectly located to explore San Gimignano.

A wonderful place to stay, quiet location with amazing panoramic views and yet only 5 mins walk from the stunning, walled city of San Gimignano and fairly close to an off road, attractive section of the Via Francigena. Cristina was a very friendly host, she communicated efficiently in advance of our arrival and even let us in early. Well equipped, comfortable, very clean and spacious - we stayed for 3 nights and loved it.

Good location in quiet street, an easy walk into the centre of San Gimignano. Great view of city from street outside. Easy check-in. Convenient situation for starting next stage of the Via Francigena.

No breakfast was provided, though Co-op supermarket was very near.

Beautifully situated house, fabulous view of the countryside, garden, olive orchard - great. Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the historic center of San Gimignano and also there is peaceful. The advantage is free parking, because finding a parking space in the center is very difficult. Cristina, the host is very friendly and nice host.

We stayed four nights in this comfortable apartment. We had the Apartment with garden view. Our hosts, Cristina and Luca, were very welcoming and responsive. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the microwave to heat up leftovers. The location is great, just a short walk into the center of San Gimignano. Having private parking included was important to us as well. Highly recommended!

Location was excellent 5 min to the center, easy parking in the property. There is very nice olive garden with panoramic view. Room ha dishes and coffee an tea.

amazing location, beautiful view, privet parking and very very friendly and kind staff. the apartment is big, perfect for couples and for long stay. very recommend!!!

there is no AC, and only one fan.. can be a bit difficult during the hot summer days. also the kitchen lacks basic stuff as sugar, salt and pepper.

Very warm welcome from the hostess. Location is great.

The temperature was 39°C outside. And sadly, we only had a small fan to help us cool down. Perhaps a small investment into an air conditioner would have made the stay a solid 9 or even 10 of 10.

Terrific apartment in great location

Very highly recommended. This is a large, comfortable and well appointed apartment within a close walk to the town and with wonderful views over the countryside. Secure onsite parking is a real bonus. The place is owned and run by the very friendly and helpful Cristina and her husband. This is a terrific find
