Location was excellent and you could walk into SanGimigano. Parking on site. The outside dining/bar area was very pleasant with great views. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
The room we got was adequate, but faced a brick wall at the back. There were much better rooms at the front

I have read reviews before about smaller rooms and poor soundproofing. The size of the rooms could really be bigger but it did not affect my stay in any way. As for the soundproofing, it is more about the fact that if someone is noisy in the hallway after 10pm, it is more about the people. We liked it and would like to come back here.

The view and breakfast cannot be better. The staff is super friendly and professional. The swimming pool in the heat of Tuscany was heaven.
