Perfect place in a beautiful town! Definitely worth it checking out!

Great property in awesome location in San Gimignano, right in the centre but quiet and peaceful. The property is in an old family home, and Stefano (the owner) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We could leave the bags in the property before check-in and after checkout, which was great. Although it didn’t include breakfast, there was some free coffee, tea, pastries and other breakfast items which could be taken, and the addition of the shared kitchen was great. Our room was huge, nicely decorated and comfortable. Was definitely great value for money. Also, the complimentary aperitivo we were offered upon check-in was great and unexpected, and was greatly appreciated. We were only in San Gimignano for 1 night but we will definitely return and stay here longer next time. Thanks Stefano for everything!

Lovely property and a courteous host!

Stefano was a wonderful host, as well as being kind and courteous. He met us at the parking facility and helped us locate the property, which was centrally located. He also provided us with restaurant recommendations. The property was sparkling clean, and very comfortable! We loved San Gimignano, and will stay there again!

Spotless and Stylish home base!

Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated apartments right in the city center! Our room was very comfortable (very spacious, too!) and the hosts were great to communicate with. While we didn't use the common kitchen area, it would definitely come in handy if you want to avail of the snacks/coffee or store some of your own food. I'd definitely recommend if you're. Visiting San Gimignano!

Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommended

Perfectly maintained accommodation in a central part of town, yet in a quiet side street, with great restaurants literally on your doorstep. Stefano is a wonderful host, very kind, friendly and informative. We appreciated the nice little touches and gestures upon our arrival, which made the experience even more special. If arriving by car, I recommend the option of paid parking on top (15 EUR per day). Be sure to contact Stefano and inquire about availability in advance (communication with Stefano was exceptionally efficient). It was a very safe parking spot in a closed garage just outside the town walls (about 7 minutes walk from the accommodation). The room was cosy and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom. Very good air conditioning. The access to the shared kitchen, which was very well equipped, was a big bonus. We barely saw any of the other guests, so - even though shared - it felt very private and quiet.

We stayed in the pink-coloured Superior Double Room, whose windows go out onto a few terraces and a courtyard below, adjacent to a restaurant I believe (and a street even further down), from where you may occasionally hear some noises, but nothing very loud. This was not a big issue, and perfectly normal in such a central location. The advantages of this accommodation far outweighed this one potential inconvenience.

Perfect place to stay in San Gimignano

Stefano was really nice, the place was cute and cosy in the center. Really clean room and Stefano gave us a really nice welcome surprise. There was no official breakfast, but Stefano prepared small croissants, bread, spreads, and coffee or tea for the morning, so it was almost a complete breakfast.

It was a bit of a hike from the P4 parking lot with the luggages, but it only took about 6–7 minutes in total, so it was perfectly manageable.

Super host! Super location in San Gimignano!

Really nice location, right in the city center. Our room was at the second floor, it is everything new, modern, very nice designed. The location also has a kitchen well equipped. Even though they do not have breakfast, the host offered us some sweets, coffee, tea, everything you need for a nice start of the day! Also a surprise gift when we arrive. We will definitely coming back! 💙

The best place in San Gimignano!

Wow! Just wow! One of the best places we have ever stayed outside home. Perfect location at the center of San Gimignano but also very quiet. We immediately felt the vibe of the town which was great. Extremely clean and also has everything you might need for a couple of days. I should mention the bathroom which was renovated recently and was really really nice. Finally I should make an extra comment for Stefano, the owner. He was very friendly, he waited us until we arrive to guide us through and he had prepared a very nice memo with tips for the area. We really wish every host was like Stefano and wish him the best in his business.

Superb stay

The staff was great and the communication was very good. There was coffee and some pastry included. The place has also a common kitchen to be used. The apartment was very clean and quiet we had a wonderful time. The ac worked very well making our rest at night very enjoyable during summer. The location is perfect and very close to the public parking.

Best value for money with the best service and care

We totally enjoyed every aspect of our stay . Stefano was super helpful and we out of his way to help us when we got on the wrong bus. He waited for us a communicated the whole way to make sure we got there . The location is great, Close to the entrance and easy to get to everything. Best bathroom/shower we had for our month of travel. Would recommend it to anyone thinking of stay there. Good kitchen setup with tea coffee and a few goodies to eat .

Excellent choice!

The place was fantastic. Location is very good, in the heart of the city but not on the main street, so there's no noise from the crowd. Room is very well organized, so there's plenty of space for 2 people to move around. Stefano was very helpful and always responsive. Although the booking did not include breakfast, there was complimentary coffee, tea and snacks every day which was a wonderful surprise. Definitely going to stay here again in the future (hopefully combine it with Juve winning the scudeto and Ferrari winning in general, Stefano knows what I'm talking about!)

The location was great and it was very clean. Also had a common room to make coffee in morning.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and needs replacing. We did mention to the host as we stayed two nights but we were in the cheaper room. And apparently you get what you pay for. It supposedly had a new topper pad but we couldn’t see it.

Nice place to stay

Everything was perfect. Stefano is a great host and has a beautiful place with everything you need to stay in San Gimignano. We would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice and the shared kitchen is perfect for a coffee in the morning. As a plus we got a welcome drink with delici ous typical snacks in a shop nearby.

Nice Apartment but Lacking Basic Facilities. Aircon lacking in main areas

Lovely property and well maintained. Clean. Position was perfect in the village. Plenty of room in property.

Soundproofing poor. Bins/street clean early every am which woke us up. Mattress in main bedroom uncomfortable. Aircon only in bedrooms. Very hot in all other areas. We had to clean aircon filters which were clogged to get airflow. Nowhere to store groceries. No iron. No washing machine. No tea towel. No kettle. Cleaning cloth/sponge dirty/smelly but replaced upon request. Towels/sheets NOT replaced once during 7 day stay. Kettle was provided upon request on 2nd day. Garage was difficult to find.

Exceptional

The location is so central inside the city walls. That all 3 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms which are all furnished well and beds comfortable. The bedroom on 1st floor is a French bed (between sgl and dble) so would struggle with 2 larger adults. The car park P4 is only around 5 mins walk from the house. There is a garage that belongs to the house located underneath P4. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. A few minutes walk up the hill from the house is a lovely park area with stunning views over San Gimignano and surrounding Tuscan countryside. Can also do wine tasting up there sitting on a terrace taking in the view Would definitely stay there again

Would like a kettle as had to keep heating hot water in saucepan and spilt boiling water when pouring into a cup. Bit we managed with the saucepan for our stay so not a big deal.

Exceptional

Lovely apartment with nice and spacious rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Good heating too for the colder end of November nights. The location in the San Gimignano center, 5 minutes walk from the main town square, is amazing. One of the rooms overlooks the edge of town and has a great view of the Tuscany landscape.

We booked for 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and while two of the rooms had big beds suitable for two people, the third room had a smaller bed that would be a bit small for two. Luckily the apartment has a fourth room (living room / lounge) with a sofa that we used as a makeshift bed so we all could sleep comfortably. I would not suggest booking this apartment for 6 people.

Το δωμάτιο είναι σε πολύ ωραίο σημείο της πόλης. Δίπλα σε όλα. Πολυ όμορφο, περιποιημένο και όλα προσεγμένα. Ο οικοδεσποτης πολύ ευγενικός και φιλικός. Μας εξυπηρετησε και με το πάρκινγκ του αυτοκινήτου, από όπου και μας παρέλαβε.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο μικρό, όπως και το κρεβάτι αλλα αυτο δεν αποτέλεσε πρόβλημα. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα!

Muy lindo alojamiento, coordinamos con Stefano quien nos esperó y recibió en el garaje que tienen con costo extra pero que fue una buena opción de donde dejar el auto, y nos acompaño al alojamiento.Nos sorprendió con una invitación para probar especialidades de la región como ser vinos, chacinados y queso,la cual disfrutamos. Limpio, y bien ubicado Repetiria alojarme en Affitacamere Mainardi 16.

Todo muy bien no recuerdo disconformidades.
