vista sul mare dal quinto piano, grandezza dell'appartamento e appartamento con stile moderno. comodo alla marina militare e alla zona del lungomare dove c'è una bella passeggiata.
Pulizia non al top. Ascensore di vecchia concezione ma che faceva il suo mestiere fortunatamente, essendo lo stabile vecchiotto, con porta doppia e di difficile apertura di quella esterna dal quinto piano a scendere siccome la serratura era mezza rotta. ma con un pò di ingegno si combina.

Super location served by excellent public transport. Lovely neighbours, plenty of local places to eat, close to sea and bathing options.
