Quiet and convenient location.
The convenience of the location. Lovely decor throughout the property.
Seems to be a bit of mold near the bathtub so hope owner can deal with that. Finally, hope the kettle gets descaling too.

Superb!
The apartment was just perfect for our visit to Portsmouth, with grown up family. The host was very helpul and super lovely to deal with. The location is walking distance from station/dockyard/Gunwharf etc, with late night shop just across the road. Apartment itself is very clean / well decorated / beds are very comfortable (inc sofa bed) and the bath / bed linen were also top notch! It really was a pleasure :)
I had no fault with the apartment at all. The communal hallyway is needing a bit of work, but is perfectly clean & functional.

Comfortable and in a great location that is accessible to transport and restaurants
The location was perfect. The coffee shop downstairs makes the best coffee in Hampshire.
If the clothes washer was a washer/dryer it would made the trip close to perfect. Trying to dry clothes in October is nearly impossible. The second thing and not really an issue is keep showers to a minimum or you will run out of hot water. the boiler is quite small.
