- Living-dining room with a 140x190cm sofa-bed, dining table for 4 people and HD TV.
- Practical kitchen open to the living room fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea kettle...
- Small interior patio where the clothesline is located.
- Master bedroom with double bed of 150x190cm.
- Bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower, toilet and sink.
It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

Full of activity, live music, cafes, with its renovated Ruzafa Market as its epicenter, it has a wide gastronomic, cultural, leisure and commerce offer of the most authentic, bringing together a multitude of people from different cultures, languages or religions. Some of the most important fallas in the city are planted in this neighborhood. You will love it because of its walking distance between the historic center and the famous City of Arts and Sciences.
How to get around:
Area perfectly communicated by Bus, Metro, Taxi and Bike Lane.

The VRBO was clean, updated, and within walking distance to restaurants and city centre. I didn’t like that the payment was not directly through VrBO (required I give payment information through a separate link), but it worked out alright nonetheless. We were met at the apartment by Jorge, who explained things well and provided all the necessary information. The water heater was small, so we couldn’t take showers back to back. Also, a few amenities might have been nice (like body wash/shampoo, maybe an umbrella?, etc). It was cold when we were there, but the heating units in living room and bedroom helped a lot. It was loud at night but only because we stayed during the Falles Festival. Otherwise, I think the street is probably usually quiet. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Our host was great. He gave us a map of the area and suggestions for public transport. Our stay was great. I highly recommend visiting the flamenco show around the corner!
