Needs a lot of maintenance a deep clean property isn’t as described

Location was nice

We arrived to a leak in the bathroom which was pretty bad and we had to keep mopping it up . Huge crack through the wall to the ceiling . There was no oven gloves ? Which is a breach in health and safety . Someone was supposed to dropp some off but never did . The vacuum is broken . The wallpaper above the electrical switches in the bedroom was falling off . The bins were full and not out our from last customers so we had to use a local recycle place . The cleanliness of the property was very poor we ended up cleaning it our selves after going out and purchasing sponges clothes antibacterial spray as the property didn’t have any at all . The sofas are old and tired and could do with a really good clean . The fire and dust tray were full from the previous guests with conifer twigs left for kindling there was no fire starter pack at all . There are bits of plaster board missing exposing the nails underneath in bedrooms . Having to have two people come out and review the property whilst away was not ideal . The towel rail in the bathroom was full Of plaster dust from when the house was renovated so you couldn’t put towels on the rails . The mould around the bottom of the shower trays and doors is pretty grim too . They sent a poor lady out to clean a single radiator when so much more needed doing ! Absolute waste of time

An enjoyable stay

We loved our stay and the property has everything you need. Well maintained, Spacious and clean, quiet. Great location, 10mins walk to black rock sands beach and good location to explore wider afield. Comfy beds, powerful and hot showers/bath. Thanks for the milk and Prosecco in the fridge on arrival, Good communication on booking messenger before the visit.

minor issues/personal preferences: Bath towels are a little on the small side No mirror in second double bedroom Sofa probably needs some love soon- worn down and stained A quick welcome guide would be useful- heres how everything works/where it is. (Lights what switches work what, external heaters, if things trip, laundry room, local area, local transport) Aside from the appliance manuals no quick start guide - quite common in rental properties/airbnb Albeit with small minor challenges wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks for a great break.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable. Real home from home vibe. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely outside space. Great communication too. We had 2 elderly and disabled people in our party and the place was very accessible and ideal for them.

Spacious, Luxury and Super Clean!

Absolutely brilliant House. 10 out of 10! Very good value for money. Everything was super clean and lots of space, considering there were 7 of us.

Great little dog friendly bungalow

Short walking distance from the beach, close to a small town and easy to get to the mountains. Beds are comfortable and the bungalow is well laid out and relaxing. Smart TV and log fire are a lovely addition. Great to have utility room with drying facilities and extra fridge which can in handy to store the dogs items or dry off wet clothes. Dog crate and bowls provided as well. Garden is a great size with outdoor heater and nice garden furniture.

Property could do with a deep clean (skirtings filthy, towel rails dirty, dirty dish brush, filthy toilet brush, sofa stained) Two cupboards are full of left over products from past guests including left over children’s medicine. Whilst it’s great to have some essentials left, the cupboards could do with a clear out & tidy. Garden cannot be secured from the inside. No latch or lock so anyone can open the gate from the outside which isn’t ideal if you’re taking dogs.

Great stay near beach

Modern open-plan living. High quality fixtures and fittings. Good communication from the owner. Super decking area which is a real suntrap. Lots of extras supplied such as dog crate, dog bowl, lots of pans, crockery and cutlery, travel cot, highchair, washing machine, dryer. I would stay again in a heartbeat. This property suited our needs (6 adults, baby and dog).

My only (very minor) suggestions for improvement would be 1. To supply toiletries - only hand wash was supplied. 2. Larger supply of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid - only 1 tablet available and hardly any washing up liquid. 3. Slightly more attention to detail with cleaning - the inside of the bathroom cabinet and the glass coffee table - everything else was cleaned well. 4. A travel cot was supplied but it had no mattress.

Fabulous holiday home perfect for a relaxing or action packed stay.

Beautiful property. The furnishings were lovely and very practical. We found the beds super comfy. And the kitchen sitting area was extra cosy. Absolutely loved staying here. So close to the sea and the stunning mountains of wales. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

Great relaxing stay

Loved all the extra touches such as poop bags for dogs, backpacks if needed. Welcome gift and quick response to queries. Great that the garden was so enclosed no worries about security.

Having to come home. We could have easily stayed longer it was so relaxing.
