Big house, well equipped, great place for family gathering.
Nice house with ample space and bedrooms and all the amenities you could ask for. We were a group of 4 adults, 2 children and dog and had plenty of space to spend time together but also apart, as house is so spacious. Massive very well equipped kitchen is a plus!
The garden chairs are a bit weather torn (as stated in previous reviews), one of the chairs actually collapsed as we sat on them. House is a bit stuck on the road with no way to walk to the beach or town, so you always have to take car which is a bit of a shame.

Had a wonderful stay and thought that Glynmorfa offered v good value for money.
Convenient location for some fantastic hikes. The house was spacious and tastefully decorated. Lovely to have a games room and table and chairs outdoors. V good value for money.
We were v happy with it but it was slightly to find. Access onto the road from drive was a little hazardous due to overgrown hedge. The beds worked out well for us because we used two of the doubles as single rooms but I’m glad I hadn’t taken my husband along as the double beds would have been too small.

Meet the need for our stay to climb Snowdon.
Location was good close to Harlech
The property needed some overhaul, with repairs to shower handle. The batteries in the tv remote were leaking and some of the bulbs in the bedrooms didn’t work. It was also dangerous pulling out of the driveway.

Lovely place, had a great long weekend break.
Great location and nice and quiet area people wise.
The fast road outside. I wouldn’t stay here if I’d small children because of it. The heating was hit and miss in the bedrooms. Spare duvets are in the cupboards though!

Apart from the above minor points the house was excellent.
Freezer needed defrosting and someone had left fish fingers in in the drawer but frozen shut. Couldn’t find a dustpan for sweeping the floor. Unable to to turn heating down to 16o as requested. ( no signa )

Glyn Morfa is ideally situated and spacious but needs some loving care and attention to detail.
We were 2 couples of related seniors. Location was lovely, very quiet, great scenery lots of sheep and lambs coming right up to the garden wall at the rear of the lounge. The kitchen is large and well equipped. 1 master bedroom, with king size bed, 2 further bedrooms with small double beds, all upstairs and 1 large bathroom. Ground floor twin bedded room, utility and a shower room. All reasonably well decorated and furnished. The lounge was a good size with 2 large comfortable sofas. The gas fire was fine and once the radiators warmed up it was a very comfortable temperature. Very convenient for Harlech, Porthmadog and Portmeirion.
The house was located off a very abrupt sharp turn off the main road, just at the end of the lay-by, and not as it appeared to be on a track off the main road from the website photos. It was quite difficult to find initially and parking was tight. A great house but could do with a good STEAM CLEAN. Some cooking pans were unusable and greasy. The double beds were too small and too firm to be comfortable, I had tea parties in the night with my sister as we could not sleep. The television could not be connected to Sky or any other channel. My husband is an Apple Consultant so a mega techy and when we rang for help he was asked if he had switched it off and on again ..seriously?! We were told the owner would contact us, alas they did not until the last day so we had no TV for the entire stay.My husband connected his mac so we could watch Netflix instead. Supplies of dishwasher tabs and bin liners were very limited so we bought our own. The shower room on the ground floor is cold with no radiator, and the shower door is very narrow and leaked onto the floor. That was unacceptable. The downstairs bedroom smelt damp and no-one wanted to use it. The 'games room' outside was an old fusty building and I would not want to put children in there. The garden needed attention.
