Sanahin Old&New

Littéralement situé en face du monastère de Sanahin ! Chambre très spacieuse, au calme, bon petit déjeuner et accueil au top : l’hôte très disponible par messagerie parle très bien anglais. Il m’a aidé à réserver une place dans un mini bus pour la Géorgie. J’ai aussi réservé par son intermédiaire un taxi pour me rendre au monastère de Haghpat et retour à pied à Sanahin par un chemin de randonnée.

Very comfortable bed and room, with beautiful decorations around. Location was excellent as well, right beside the monastery. The host was incredible! Very very helpful, assisted me in all the questions I had, whether it be related to food, the place itself or travel (he helped organize a private driver for me to Goris, a transport issue that was causing me difficulties before, he solved instantly, and for a great price! As well as a driver to explore alaverdi, as sometimes the availability on some of the off roads isnt as high, so he saved me there as well!

A great guesthouse in a beautiful Mountainous location. It seats in the main square of the village, one minuets from the Sanahin Temple, a 10th-century medieval complex. One of the most beautiful temples in Armenia. The village is really authentic and you get to feel the real local life of north Armenia. My room was very specious, and actually was like a little apartment. Very cosy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. kettle with tea and coffee supplied, and Very nice garden to relax in the fresh air of the mountains. Vrezh, the host, was very kind and friendly, (he sat with me for an Armenian coffee and told me a lot about Sanahin history). I got to meet his family and they were super nice. He spoke fluent English and was very helpful. He got me a taxi for the bus station and called the bus company when my bus didn't arrive at the station. It was super nice of him.

L’emplacement est face au monastère et à quelques minutes du musée Mikoyan. Deux nuits avec petits déjeuners et dîners très bons.
