Struttura di vacanze estive sul fiume, ottima posizione, avevamo due appartamenti molto grandi e ben attrezzati; nella nostra stagione, ancora fredda, non abbiamo potuto apprezzare l'esterno, eravamo gli unici ospiti! Colazione buona, una buona base per visitare Dilijan ed i suoi bellissimi dintorni.

Good for a short stay. 5-minute drive to the center of Dilijan. They have a garden and small pavilion for 12-15 people near the river. The hostess was very kind and helps everyone with any requests. We felt very welcomed there.
I'm not sure if the pool was clean, they were draining the pool during our stay. The reason for this may be the cleaning or end of the season, however the weather was pretty warm (early September, 35°C). Our room in the first floor was a bit damp/humid.

People are nice but not professional, bad was very uncomfortable, the shower was broken and leaking, hot water was almost impossible to adjust. Not enough opening windows so the air quality was poor. The curtains were partly closing the window and the curtain rack was broken too. The garden was nice but in general for 45$ I was expecting to get a bit higher comfort. And this proce is without breakfast :/
