Nice green well cut back of the hotel grounds

But they did not clean my room well

private bathroom with a shower, the amenities and towels are clean. also, in the resto downstairs you can order nice home-style comfort food, portions are big.

the hotel originally gave us a place on the third floor and the whole room was literally filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. there were also traces of cigarettes being put out against the window sill. overall it had a depressive feeling because it's under the roof thus dark, with tiny windows, and low ceilings. we requested another room but according to one of the administrators, they were fully booked. eventually, when we were ready to cancel after two horrible nights, another lady at the reception found a way to give us another room which had absolutely no smell and it just felt better to be there. we were happy that this kind lady found a way to relocate us but why putting people in such a room in the first place? also, the room overlooks a backyard and a road.
