Excellent location, clean facilities

I stayed here for a couple of days with my spouse. While the location is very good and the staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating, the overall experience did not feel like value for money. The room appeared old and untidy, and the washroom was not well maintained. We also noticed a spider near the washroom area. The towels provided, although washed, had visible stains. The bed was quite uncomfortable, making noise with even small movements, which affected our sleep. The breakfast experience was inconsistent. Although breakfast was stated to be available from 9:00 to 11:00 am, on the first day nothing was set up at 9:00 and it was only partially ready even after 9:30. On the second day, when we went a bit later, most items were already over, and the spread was very limited. When we asked, we were informed that certain items were not available that day. Dinner was also disappointing. Despite being told that dinner service runs until 10:00 pm, when we went around 7:30–7:45 pm, we were told it was already over. This was inconvenient as there were no nearby food options available. The only positives were the staff, who were flexible and tried their best to communicate using translation tools despite the language barrier, and the good location. For a very short stay where one can adjust, it may be manageable, but overall, it does not justify the price paid.
