What a little gem of a guest house. The owners have created a wonderful place to stay when in Vanadzor. Our room was very well appointed, clean, with a comfortable bed, good linen and towels. We had dinner which was delicious and great value. It was freshly home cooked, there is a menu in the room to choose from. Breakfast was equally very good, The owners are very friendly and make you most welcome. As it's in a residential area it was very quiet. It's about a 30 minute walk into the town centre (but with a car this is no issue). Perfect as a base for a couple of days if touring the Lori region. Highly recommended.

Great location in Vanadzor, with welcoming hosts, spacious well-maintained and comfortable room in separate section from the host family. Parking on-site site, a menu with delicious food and very nice breakfast buffet. An easy recommendation.

Not the property’s fault, but Google maps was not helpful with directions- the location is correct but easiest to approach from main streets and follow the signs instead of the default way that Google shows you through a myriad of backstreets.
