A really good, place to stay, we enjoyed the area too.

Beautiful Barn

Beautiful Barn - very tastefully finished. Super clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved the open plan living space. The wraparound enclosed garden was fab for the dog, and the off-road parking was great. Was lovely and peaceful. Gorgeous village with a superb bakery down the road & a couple of pubs nearby. Easy driving distance to all of the forest towns and walks.

Be careful of the side pedestrian access gate in the garden, it sprung open by itself on our first day and we temporarily lost the dog down the road! Luckily, we got him back fine, and then we just pushed the bin up to the gate to stop it from happening again. Maybe a new latch or a bolt would be a good idea. :)

Lovely property fabulous bakery 5 mins away and local pub wonderful good for walks straight from the door

Plenty of space to park cars Lovely and clean Beds comfy Kitchen well equipped

Sofa/bed a bit hard and uncomfortable could not get it to turn into a sofa bed so just had to sleep on it as it was Dishwasher needs a good clean

Tidy little barn in beautiful rural surroundings, but located on a busy road

Tidy little barn in a beautiful location close to the Forest of Dean, with a number of great dog-friendly walks within 10-15 minutes drive. Good bakery and butcher in the village.

It’s worth noting that the house backs onto the main village road, which appears to be a local cut through to the A40. Poor double glazing in the living area means there's a fair amount of traffic noise, particularly during the day.

Amazing location with good parking, great communication with owner and a lovely barn conversion that facilitates all needs.

Nothing really, though everything was immaculate. Whilst having dinner we noticed one dinner mat was damaged but very minor considering it is an amazing property.

Once there it was really relaxing and suited our needs.

Location, high quality of fittings and furniture and very clean.

The directions to the property relied on the internet and the signal went down as we got to the area in the dark! Maybe get directions beforehand and print them.
