In a quiet small street with restaurant below. Restored old building, but everything worked well, the shower was hot, the room cool.
A restaurant garden nearby was sometimes loud.

Perfect location to explore San Gimignano! The room was comfortable and clean and the owner Elena was lovely and super helpful.

We were given rooms 11 and 12 the noisiest rooms in the place despite booking months ago.we were just up the stairs from the restaurant and there was a private party of noisy people there t’il 5 pm when I had to complain about the excessive noise The restaurant reopened then for the evening and then we had to put up with the restaurant staff shouting til midnight How they expect anyone to get any sleep in these rooms Is beyond my comprehension I don’t usually complain but we were very disappointed
