Dragun house retreat for 20 with private pool

Please note that it is not possible to arrive on Sundays and public holidays. This exceptional country house with outdoor pool (May-October) is situated in a very quiet location, surrounded by fields and a marvellous view, in Dragun near Schwerin. This architecturally charming property is situated on a natural plot with mature trees and a beautifully landscaped pond with terrace. The holiday home offers approx. 950 m² of living space for up to 20 people spread over four levels. It is therefore ideal for group trips and holidays with a large family. The entire front of the house has been designed as a mosaic of windows and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside. Deer, hares and birds of prey are part of the spectacle. On the left-hand side of the house is a covered terrace with wonderful views. The terrace in front of the house looks directly onto the pond with birds and fish. Here you will also find cosy garden furniture and space for family meals. The 10 bedrooms are spread over a total of four floors, some of which have a combined living room. On the lower floor there is a large room for communal activities or celebrations. A large communal kitchen is ideal for preparing and eating meals together. A separate room offers table football and billiards, and there is also a small home cinema. A sauna and a hot tub provide wellness in the outdoor area. You will need to bring your own wood for the sauna heater. The communal room is spacious and bright. You can also organise business meetings, team-building sessions or workshops here. Thanks to the historic and rustic country-style furnishings, you will immediately feel at home here. Here you live in a very special country house that has found a new architectural form and function from its history. This is where the true country spirit is born. Landhaus Dragun can be reached from the Hamburg city limits in approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes. Gadebusch with its historic old town and castle is 15 kilometres away. The state capital Schwerin, with its magnificent buildings, restaurants, theatres, museums and the most beautiful castle in northern Germany, is only about 20 minutes away (27 km). Excursions to Lübeck, Wismar and various Baltic seaside resorts are also possible. The alpincenter Hamburg-Wittenburg with its large indoor ski centre, ski school, water ski facility and go-kart track is only 30 km away. There is a beautiful swimming lake just 1000 metres from the house. From 2022 there will be particularly strong internet and a modernised terrace from summer 2022.
