Beautiful place but expensive

A beautiful and a quiet place surrounded by nature, nice small beach in the vacation park. The house is spacious with a nice garden & terrace and a grill outside. The furniture and the equipment in the house look a bit dated, but everything functions fine. Wifi was good enough for working remotely and having video calls. Great that pets are allowed too.

The pillows were absolutely bad and had almost no filler. Please replace them! The stuff didn't speak English, it was hard to understand why they are charging me extra 350 euro upon arrival. The bedding is not included and you need to pay extra for it. Energy cost is not included either and to be paid afterwards. With all the extra cost and the initial price per night it turned out quite expensive.

Location and houses are a clean and great, the staff is not friendly and even arrogant + hidden costs

It was very clean and in good condition

The staff on the reception was unfriendly and arrogant (not sure if it is tied to me being non-native German speaker). There are additional costs that do not mentioned anywhere: - electricity - tourist taxes Cleaning ladies were telling us to leave the house immoderately so they can start cleaning. They were not listening to us saying we extended the check in. They looked really agree talking with me although there was no a need in arguing that much.

Jedes Zimmer hatte eine Balkon und man konnte auf die Müritzer See schauen.

Die Glastür zum Wohnzimmer und Küche.für kleine Kinder ist die Glastür gefährlich ⚠️

Gemütlich aber deutlich verbesserungsbedürftig

Haus im skandinavischen Stil / sauber / Kamin / Sauna/ Whirlpool

Strom muss pro kWh selbst bezahlt werden, bei 49 Cent pro kWh. Unser Aufenthalt für 36 Stunde kam dann so nochmal 25 Euro extra, obwohl wir sehr sparsam waren (dachten wir jedenfalls). Fußbodenheizung defekt und das laut Gästebuch bereits seit 2024. Dafür stehen jetzt Heizlüfter die aber richtig Strom ziehen. Lieber teures Holz in den Kamin gemacht als noch teurerer Strom verbraucht. Mitarbeiter zwar freundlich aber nach Spaß am Job wirkte das nicht, sowohl bei Anreise als auch Abreise.

Die Lage war gut. Der Ausblick war sehr gut.

Die Fensterscheiben waren sehr schmutzig. Die Kaffeemaschine war stark verkalkt. Ein Großer Topf wäre gut gewesen. Die Betten waren sehr weich und knarrten bei jeder Bewegung.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, eine eigene Terrasse und Garten. Es standen Parkplätze zur Verfügung und wir wurden mit einem super Frühstück beliefert.

Die Unterkunft ist total abgelebt. Stromkosten mussten extra gezahlt werden.

Komfortables Haus für 6 Personen, erholsam mit der Sauna

Die Holzschränke waren innen offenbar mit einem geruchsstarken Mittel behandelt worden, dass auf das Geschirr abfärbte. Wir haben alles vor Gebrauch einzweites Mal gespült.

Supertolles Wochenende für Erholungssuchende.

Wir hatten ein Appartement Gartendeck. Ausstattung war hochwertig. Es war alles dort was man benötigt. War alles top gesäubert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ganze Anlage ist super gelegen. Und für Hundeurlaub sind sehr viel Hundetoiletten vorhanden.

In die Jahre gekommen, zu teuer

Gute Lage, am Haus an mindestens einem Fenster je Zimmer waren Fliegengitter, welche auch zwingend notwendig sind. Sauna konnte man gut nutzen.

Das Ferienhaus war noch sichtlich schmutzig, überall Sand und Spinnenweben. Des Weiteren war das Mobiliar ins Alter gekommen. Der vorhandene Teppich in der oberen Etage war sichtlich kaputt, wie auch ein Fenster, was im Bad nicht mehr gekippt werden konnte, dies wurde behoben, jedoch wurde vom anderen Fenster ein Teil abgemacht. Das Eisfach im vorhanden Kühlschrank war so massiv vereist. Der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht so gut. Die Matratzen waren unterirdisch und das Rattan Bett in der Galerie war auch kaputt. Für fünf Nächte haben wir insgesamt 1000€ bezahlt, was für den Zustand viel zu viel war. Für sehr kleine Nichthaarende Hunde mussten wir die allgemeine Pauschale von 80€ bezahlen. Wir sollten zu unseren Mängeln nochmal eine Rückmeldung erhalten bzw evtl. Einen Rückerstattung, nichts von all dem kam, schade.

Die Lage der Anlage ist super, man kann viele Ausflüge machen. Der Strand vor Ort war klein, aber völlig ausreichend.

Schade ist, dass es den Supermarkt in der Anlage nicht mehr gibt. Um mal schnell noch etwas zu holen, was man vergessen hat, wäre das toll.

Tolle Lage, Ausstattung sehr gut, aber leider nicht wirklich sauber

Die Lage ist top und die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit IN der Wohnung war gut.

Leider waren die Fenster der Wohnung extrem verschmutzt (Spinnen, Spinnennester, Spinnweben, Vogelkot) und ebenso war auch der Balkon und die Scheiben des Balkons extrem schmutzig. Sogar ein altes plattgetretenes Vogelnest war vorhanden. Das Bett und die Kissen sind leider nicht wirklich bequem.

Das Haus und der Ausblick

Über 3 Tage ca. 100 tote Fliegen im Treppenhaus . Türschloss der Wohnungseingangstür war defekt. Tierkot auf 2 Terassen ( Katze o.ä.) Kaum Wasserdruck am Waschbecken in der Dachetage. Trotz Werbung kein Minimarkt vorhanden( seit circa 2Jahren geschlossen). Keine Kinderanimation , sehr kleiner Strand ( undenkbar wenn die Ferienanlage ausgebucht ist). Trotz Saisonhochzeit Schließtage im Restaurant und Kiosk. Der Kiosk besteht aus einem Getränkestand und einen Fastfoodstand. Beide werden zusammen durch einen einzigen Mitarbeiter betrieben, der bei Bestellungen ständig zwischen beiden Wagen hin- u. her rennen muss.

Es hat uns nichts im Ferienpark Müritz gefallen.

Trotz rechtzeiger Anfrage kamen wir erst gegen 16 Uhr ins Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption schickte uns ins Restaurant auf dem Gelände des Ferienparks, was aber Ruhetag hatte. Der Ferienpark entsprach Vorort nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Wir sind daher auch einen Tag früher abgereist. Bei unserer Abreise wurde dies von der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption festgestellt, aber auch nicht gefragt, warum wir früher abreisen. Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig. Wir empfehlen diesen Ferienpark nicht weiter. Das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Toller Urlaub zum Erholen

Ein wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Müritz. Genug Platz um auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken. Schnell am Strand der immer ein freien Platz hatte. Die Rundfahrt mit der Fähre ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Uns ist nach ein paar Tagen aufgefallen, dass ein Mobstil und ein Regenschirmständer als Stütze unter dem Lattenrost platziert wurde. Das gab am Anfang Rückenschmerzen. Kinderaktivitäten leider im Nachbarpark der 18km entfernt ist. Da konnte unser Kind nicht mal eben hinlaufen.

Schönes Häuschen.

Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen. Liebevoll eingerichtet.

Das „Schlafzimmer“ in der offenen Galerie ist nicht sehr schön. Es ist laut und man muss immer Rücksicht nehmen. Alle Betten haben wahnsinnig geknarzt. Man traute sich kaum zu drehen.
