Pleasantly surprised

I had an apartment without breakfast. The apartment was clean and comfortable and have a lovely view of the harbor. It was very convient having a backery on the ground floor where on could have a lovely breakfast. The staff at the desk were very friendly and always helpful. There was a sand sculpture just around the corner which I enjoyed. I usuallu spend my vacation in the mpountains but decided to try this area and I was pleasantly surprised.

I didn't dislike the wind, but it took some getting used to the weather changes. Next time I will be better prepared for the weather.

Fabulous design of the apartment, very clean and has everything you would need to comfortably live there. The host was extremely friendly and flexible, happy to help us with any questions.

There was a construction nearby, at times it was getting rather loud. But we were warned about this in advance. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Gute Lage, man kann alle interessanten Dinge in Travemünde fußläufig erreichen. Tolle Aussicht auf den Fährhafen. Bäcker direkt im Haus und kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. Besser geht es nicht.

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut ausgestatten Ferienhaus.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Es ging schon mit einem sehr freundlichen Empfang los. In der Unterkunft standen neben einer Wasserflasche auch ein Saft sowie leckere Weihnachtsplätzchen. Insgesamt haben wir fünf Tage über Weihnachten in einem der drei Townhouses verbracht und es fehlte an nichts. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche - was in Ferienwohnungen nicht immer gegeben ist - war sehr gut und wir haben nichts vermisst. Und vor allem war alles sehr sauber. Das Dockside ist am Ende des Fischereihafens gelegen und im Gebäude ist ein Bäckerei, so dass es jeden Morgen frische Brötchen gab. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 1,5km zu Fuß, allerdings ist es ein schöner Spaziergang vorbei an Fischerbooten und entlang der Promenade/ Geschäftsstraße. Die Autofähre zum Priwall ist sehr nah gelegen, so dass auch das Naturschutzgebiet auf dem Priwall ohne Probleme erreichbar ist. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Dockside.

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist, dass man die Treppe im Nachbarhaus bei Benutzung relativ laut gehört hat. In den Schlafzimmern war dies jedoch nicht zu hören. Sonst gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Absolute Empfehlung, von Herzen!

Neu- und hochwertige Ausstattung der FeWo. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts! Möbel sind hochwertig und bequem. Was ungewöhnlich und großartig war, ist, dass man nichts hört und wirklich Ruhe hat. Trotz Hunden und Gästen neben, über und unter uns, war die Geräuschkulisse gleich null. Sehr vertrauensvoller Umgang mit den Gästen. Süß war auch der Schoki-Weihnachtsmann zum Nikolaustag vor der Zimmertür!

Wirklich tolles Apartment, absolut zu empfehlen.

Das Dockside ist ein Apartmenthaus. Unser Zimmer 56 beinhaltete einen Wohnraum mit Küche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit einer für 2 Personen geeigneten Sauna. Dazu gehörte noch ein Balkon, von dem aus man auch in Richtung Hafen schauen konnte. Das Zimmer war absolut blitzblank, es gab auch keine Beschädigungen von Vorbesuchern, einfach top. Dazu super gemütlich eingerichtet, da könnte man auch richtig wohnen. Und zu den Lokalitäten in Travemünde waren es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Deshalb konnte das Auto auf dem Parkplatz vor der Tür stehen bleiben und unsere Räder standen (inklusive Lademöglichkeit) sicher in einer Halle.

Das Wetter, wir hatten Pech mit viel Regen, deshalb haben wir uns mehr als gewollt im Zimmer aufgehalten. Aber mit Kaffee, Espresso (Maschine vorhanden) und einem Gläschen Wein ließ es sich gut aushalten.

Stürmische Herbstwoche in schöner Umgebung

Die Lage am Fischereihafen war sehr abwechslungsreich durch die vielen Ostsee Fähren. Das Appartement war sehr hell (211) und gut ausgestattet. Der Service an der Rezeption und auch der Hausmeister sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausgesprochen angenehm auch die Bäckerei Junge unten im Hause. Das Dockside ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen ( Hafenbahnhof und kurzer Fußweg von ca.10 Min, oder Strandbahnhof und mehrere Busse Richtung Lübeck). Der REWE Markt liegt quasi um die Ecke.

Das Bad unten (Maisonette) ist sehr klein und eng. Wir haben ein kleines Holzregal vor die Tür gestellt, um uns besser bewegen zu können. Uns fehlten draußen auf diesem Teil der Promenade Bänke um sich auszuruhen und aufs Wasser zu schauen. Da hat die Stadt noch Nachholbedarf, gerade weil dort bald ein riesiges Neubauviertel mit Eigentums- u Ferienwohnungen fertig wird.

Der Ausblick auf den Yachthafen ist traumhaft und wenn ein Fährschiff kommt, hat man dieses zum Greifen nah. Toll. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und alles tipp topp.

Die Wohnungen sind komportabel eingerichtet. Durch die Schalisolierung ist es wirklich sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Selten in einem Urlaub so gut geschlafen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

eine große und sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung, die unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen hat. Ein Rundblick von der Dachterrasse im 6. Stock auf die ein- und ausfahrenden Fähren in der Travemündung. Großartig. Die Bäckerei Junge ist gleich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses sehr praktisch. Großer Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Parkplatz praktisch vor der Türe.

Bei hohen Temperaturen reichen die Vorhänge an den vielen Fenstern nicht aus. Eine Außenbeschattung wäre hilfreich.

Sehr schöne Wohnung etwas abseits vom Trubel

Leider war die Baustelle gegenüber sehr laut, auch Samstagmorgen Sehr schönes maritimes Flair, lediglich der Esstisch steht quasi direkt hinter der Wohnungstür, das ist nicht so gemütlich. Die Wohnzimmerecke dagegen ist sehr schön und die Schlafzimmer auch, das Bad ist sehr geräumig.
