Unless you get 2 rooms for the price of one, do not stay there

Highly overpriced. Worst rooms - definitively not 38 square meters. Rooms poorly designed (light switches behind doors and lamps etc), bath room clean, however, very scruffy. Nespresso coffee not available. Noisy ventilation outside the room. Bathroom ventilation also very noisy and lengthy.

THE most comfortable sleep after a long day of driving, right next to TESLA charging stations

Good value for money and definitely to be repeated following numerous necessary repairs on site.

Accommodation and facilities were very good. Supermarket was very well stocked and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Damages in and around pool area not guarded off or attended to. Staff needs to be approached for any kind of assistance in Restaurant and Hotel areas. On check-in only paper/key handover, no additional information or help offered for first time stays.

A pleasant, relaxing place to spend a long weekend

traveling from our city apartment in Hamburg, our stay in a lovely clean house with huge space outside for my toddler to run and play was refreshing. We loved the house we had right on the edge of the resort overlooking the forest. It was very peaceful and quiet as the off season had just began. Unfortunately we missed the Kids Club season by 1 day but there was still plenty to keep the children entertained. We had great fun in the Erlebnisbad. The restaurant and Plaza are beutiful. The staff were friendly, especially the ladies in the Spa where I had a very relaxing massage for my Birthday. We ate in the Ala Carte on my birthday evening - BBQ Buffet. It was ok but it was too expensive to eat there everyday. I did however get my birthday meal for free (min 4 people ordering) which is a nice touch.

In the description it said ‘private balcony’, which was a bit of a stretch seeing as we were sharing on big balcony with all the other rooms. We had looked very much forward to the aqua park, but one of the three big slides were unfortunately closed.

Terrible stay this time - rude and incompetent front desk

Our 3rd stay there, we keep coming back for the kids facilities. All s spacious and clean, great breakfast buffet and pool facilities. My 4 yr old couldn’t get enough of the water slides.

At check-in we were screamed at by the receptionist with regards to the hotel’s Covid rules which we missed reading ahead of booking, as they were present only on the hotel’s website, not on booking.com. Everything had an easy solution in the end, but the angry receptionist just kept on screaming, even agitated my 4 year old. A manager passed by not intervening at all, which made me think screaming at guests is normal practice there. In addition, we booked an extra bed for the child, confirmed with 25eur extra cost, which wasn’t in the room. The same receptionist said there aren’t any extra beds in the hotel (!!) and that it’s not her problem that my 4 year old doesn’t have a bed. By that time we were fuming, so we let it go. Had a terrible night sleeping all 3 in one bed. Also, most of the activities are not open on Sunday (pet zoo, pony riding, bike rental, etc). We were glad to leave this time, sadly

Leider sehr enttäuschend

Die Kellner waren stets freundlich trotz dem schlechten Essen wofür die ja nichts können. Einziger Lichtblick war der Wellness SPA Bereich die beiden Damen waren sehr freundlich und ich habe mich sehr wohl da gefühlt. Schwimmhalle ist auch immer ein Besuch wert obwohl jedes mal die Wildwasserbahn gesperrt war hab das Teil noch nie offen gesehen.

Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hatte das wir gleich zum Anfang auf die Frage ob wir einchecken können (gegen 12.30 uhr) keines Blickes von der jungen Dame gewürdigt wurden und mit den Worten "Ja 14 Uhr gehts los" stehen gelassen worden sind. Habe nichts gegen die festen Zeiten aber man hätte uns ja Alternativen anbieten können was man machen kann um die Zeit zu vertreiben. Extrem enttäuscht von dem viel zu überteuerten und schlechten Abendbuffet. Vieles war einfach nur kalt und hat absolut nicht geschmeckt. Was ich auch nicht schön fand das die Ferienhäuser mit keine Handtücher und Seife ausgestattet sind. Auf Nachfrage hieß es das gehört nicht zur Grundausstattung und man könne sich Pakete für 15€ kaufen. Egal in welchem Hotel oder Resort ich war wir hatten immer Handtücher bereit gestellt bekommen kostenlos! Ich war dieses Mal das 3. Mal bei euch und hatte die Male davor Handtücher von euch immer bereit gestellt bekommen. Die letzte Nacht im Schlafzimmer war auch nicht so schön wir mussten 3 Spinnen aus dem Bett entfernen und diese Marienkäfer in den Häusern ist auch furchtbar. Ihr habt leider sehr stark nachgelassen was sehr schade ist ich wäre nicht umsonst das 3. Mal zu euch gekommen wenn es davor so schon gewesen wäre und ich bin auch ehrlich und weiß nicht ob ich nochmal wiederkomme. Bitte nimmt euch die Kritik als 4* Sterne Hotel zu Herzen !

Hauptgebäude mit allem Klasse, Appartment solala

Das Hauptgebäude ist Klasse, sauber ordentlich (gutes Toilettenpapier), es ist dort sehr gepflegt auch das Schwimmbad und die Bowlingbahn. Das Frühstück war wirklich Klasse, flottes nettes Personal.

Das Appartement in der Außenanlage wurde Stiefmütterlich behandelt, Zustand ist solala. Hier wird kein Augenmerk auf besondere Sauberkeit oder Instanthaltung gelegt (Sofa verschlissen, unschöne Ablagerungen in der Dusche). Warmwasser am Waschbecken und Spüle hat ewig gedauert, in der Dusche Gott sei Dank nicht. Achtung: bei Winterwetter in der Außenanlage. Und 30€ pro Person für Buffet Abendessen find ich ein wenig viel.

Mein Zimmer wahr wunderschön. Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtetes Hotel..Leckeres Buffet. Schönes abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Für Kinder ideal.

Das Erlebnissbad nur für Kinder ideal.Für Erwachsene gar nicht. Beide Whirlpools waren defekt und der Ruheraum mit 4 Liegen ein schlechter Versuch. Man könnte noch einige Schließfächer für Roller anschaffen.

Es ist immer eine Reise wert für eine kurze Entschleunigung vom Alltag.

Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Unternehmungsangebot, so dass man sich sehr gut ein paar Tage dort aufhalten kann und keine Langeweile entsteht.

Im Schwimmbad ist die Außenrutsche seit Jahren schon nicht in Betrieb und die Whirlpools waren auch nicht funktionstüchtig.

Familienurlaub im Ferienhaus TypC

Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort in einem Ferienhaus in Familie, Mutter und Vater mit erwachsenenen Söhnen plus Schwiegertöchtern plus Hund. Wir waren von 02.01. bis 06.01. dort. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Haus war sauber und es war genügend Platz für alle da. Die Halbpension war super, ein tolles Frühstück und super Abendbuffett. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön und es gibt viele tolle Angebote. Die Bowlingbahn ist auch einen Besuch wert. Der Konsum hat ein grosses Angebot zu fairen Preisen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu unserer Reisezeit war es angenehm leer, daher viel Platz und kein Warten oder anstehen. Alles in allem ein toller Familienurlaub, den wir gern wieder bei Ihnen wiederholen.

Im Haus haben wir ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge, die das Haus noch gemütlicher werden lassen. Ein Vorhang vor die Ecke mit den Putzmitteln wäre eine schöne Sache oder Seife für die Waschbecken. Eine hellere Lampe über dem Esstisch wäre toll, um beim Spielen oder Essen besser sehen zu können. Und was ganz toll wäre sind Garderobenhaken im Flur weiter unten, da wir als kleine Personen Schwierigkeiten hatten beim Aufhängen. Das sind keine Kritikpunkte, sondern kleine Vorschläge zu einer noch besseren Ausstattung des Hauses.

Freizeit und Essen gut, Unterkunft ansich nicht gut.

Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Badelandschaft, Bowling, Tischtennis, Dart), die Buffetauswahl, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter.

Die Doppelhaushälfte 706 hat starke Abnutzungserscheinungen in allen Bereichen (starke Abschürfungen/Abplatzungen am Badspiegel und Wohnzimmertisch, die Duschtür schließt nicht ab und das ganze Wasser läuft aus, der Teppich im OG ist fleckig und wirkt schmuddelig und die Treppe knarrt so laut das man alle anderen weckt wenn man sie betritt, der Fußboden im EG ist mit Fliesen ausgestattet, ohne Fußbodenheizung oder einem Teppich. Das ist im Winter so dermaßen kalt, dass Hausschuhe unabdingbar sind, das sollte man vorher aber wissen. Die zwei kleinen Heizkörper an der Wand haben viel zu wenig Leistung um das offene EG warm zu bekommen, demnach haben wir die ganzen Tage „gefroren“. Der Preis passt dann einfach leider nicht zum Angebot.

Die Anlage, vor allem für Kinder, ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind super groß, das Bett sehr bequem. Frühstück und Abendessen leckerund abwechslungsreich, für jeden Geschmack etwas vorhanden. Eine schöne Saunalandschaft gibt es. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich.

Die Teppiche in den Hotelgängen müssten gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden.

Heizung über E-Radiatoren. Im November sehr kalter Fußboden im Erdgeschoss des 80 qm Ferienhauses Bäder ohne Handtücher, Seife etc. Alles muss selber mitgebracht werden.

Soweit den Umständen entsprechend zu empfehlen, jedoch gibt es viele Dinge zu verbessern.

Da gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, alles da was man braucht, die Anordnung ist nur sehr chaotisch. Wenn ich einen Teller benötige muss ich mich bücken und jemand anderen der etwas vom Buffet nimmt durch die Beine greifen. Ich muss, fast, mitten in das Buffet um an den Teller zu gelangen und danach wieder zurück zum Anfang. Abläufe könne besser organisiert werden. Und ein Zweiter Kaffeeautomat wäre sicher auch von Vorteil, die Schlange wird recht lang und das dort befindliche Essen ist nicht mehr zugänglich.

Wir hatten ein Haus, die Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen läßt zu wünschen übrig, Heizung im Bad Defekt. Alles in allem, der Lack ist ab, und es sollte einmal mit offenen Augen durch die Räume gegangen werden um Defekte und vorhandene Abnutzungserscheinungen zu erkennen und dann auch zu beseitigen.

Im Leben KEIN 4* Hotel

Überhaupt nichts… und ich frage mich, wie die positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen 🤷‍♀️

Alte abgewohnte, schmutzige und dunkle Zimmer mit vielen Spinnweben und Spinnen an der Decke, Haaren und Flecken auf dem Bad Fußboden. Schmutzige Toilette, Keine Minibar, bzw. Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was eigentlich Standard in einem 4* Hotel ist. Bettlaken mit Flecken. Keine Bademäntel und Schuhe auf dem Zimmer….. und vom Essen (Buffet) ganz zu schweigen….
