Besonders gut und hervorzuheben ist der Spa- und Wellnessbereich. Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Bei dem Frühstück standen Preis und Leistung für 32,00 EUR in keinem Verhältnis. Das Angebot war in der Vielfältigkeit Mittelklasse und in der Qualität Aldi und Lidl-Standard. Regionale Lebensmittel und Köstlichkeiten fehlten vollständig. Die Küche zur Selbstverpflegung könnte etwas vielfältiger bestückt sein.

Die Freundlichkeit aller beschäftigten Mitarbeiter vor Ort war einfach Top. 👍🏻 Die spontane Umbuchung in eine andere Wohnung, da über booking fehlerhafte Übereinstimmung, war kein Problem. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. 🙏🏼 Fitness, Massagen und Spa waren ebenfalls mehr als zufriedenstellend. Wir werden bestimmt ein drittes Mal anreisen....mit Katze. 🐈 Danke 😍

Der beschriebene Service/Leistung war nicht korrekt: Badmintonfeld war nicht inklusive 20€/Stunde und je nach Lust des Personals mit Heizung und Licht, Reinigung nicht, wir haben vor dem Spiel gekehrt. Badetasche mit Bademäntel, Schuhe nicht, nur nach individuell netten Personal. Sauna nur bis 20 Uhr( schwierig nach Sport). Schwimmbad teilweise kalt und Wasser leicht müffelnd. Reinigung der Duschen im Schwimmbad nicht. Glatteis auf den Wegen zum Spa und Ferienhäuser, zum Strand extrem. Abrechnung der Kosten im Hotel mit Mehrpreis von 400 € als bei Booking.com ausgewiesen. Freundlich und hilfsbereit waren das Hauskeeping, die Joga- und Aquaanwendung und 2 Mitarbeiter Rezeption, Handtuchausgab wenn da.
