Very disappointing stay — extremely dirty apartment and dishonest host. The apartment was extremely dirty. There was someone else’s old toothbrush left under the sink, bottle caps scattered around the apartment, and the entire kitchen was filthy, covered in grease and grime. Everything felt sticky and unhygienic — it was honestly unpleasant to touch anything. It looked like the apartment had not been properly cleaned for years. At first, the host promised to compensate our expenses due to the terrible cleanliness, but later he changed his mind, stopped responding, and started ignoring me completely. As a result, I had to contact Booking support and other relevant government authorities for help. There was also a serious issue with tax fraud. On the Booking website, the city tax was clearly stated as 2 EUR per person, but the host charged 4 EUR per person. If I had refused to pay, I would not have received the access to the apartment or the keys, as the apartment uses an electronic access system that opens automatically only after payment. At some point, the host completely stopped responding after promising compensation. I strongly do not recommend these apartments. They are very dirty, poorly maintained, and the host is untrustworthy and dishonest, overcharging taxes and making false promises.

Wonderful stay, easy entry/exit, super responsive host, value for money

The best part about the accommodation was the host -- who was always available on Whatsapp, and who helped me quite a bit (helped me with booking cabs, extending the stay by a couple of hours). The entry into the house was very simple, and the house is equipped with air conditioners in each of the bedrooms and the living room. It has a decently stocked kitchen, a huge washroom with functioning washing machine and dryer, and a minimally, but tastefully decorated house. The bus stop is only a couple minutes away by walk, and you can reach the center fairly easily.

Nothing really negative, but one thing that can be improved is if the kitchen is stocked more (say, muesli for breakfast). Another thing -- which is not really the accommodation's fault -- is that the public bus to the place shuts down at 21.00h, which means you have to take a cab after 21.00 (which Michele helped us with!).

Clean, modern apartment, appreciate being able to access the unit using online lock rather than faffing about with real keys.

Minor, minor issues, hard to find the exact location of the unit and toilet flusher is temperamental.

Ice cold water throughout the stay…

The suite was large. Convenient parking.

We have not received information about the number of the apartment. We stood on the staircase and waited for you to visit which door it was. There was no information about wifi, the router had a different name than the actual one, so you had to guess which network it was. It's the details. Worst two important things: 1. Toilet flush was faulty, stuck and couldn't flush, so if Someone went to the toilet they had a big problem. 2. There was no hot water, neither in the evening nor in the morning. The water was not cold, just icy cold throughout our stay. We wasted an hour in the morning texting to start the stove. Unfortunately to no avail.

Cada sporchissima, piena di polvere e ragnatele. Asciugamani TUTTI macchiati, maniglie che restano in mano, frigorifero con odore pestilenziale, basta aprirlo pochi secondi per far maleodorare tutta la casa. Serratura per chiudere la porta dall'interno che "gira a vuoto". La cosa peggiore di tutte è stata aver provato a contattare l'host e non aver ricevuto nessuna risposta

Prima maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het is een mooi appartement, de ligging is prima en de ruimtes zijn mooi. Voor het inchecken hebben we een prima handleiding gekregen via de app, echter wel pas enkele uren voor aankomst op eerdere bericht heb ik geen reactie gekregen van verhuurder. Qua schoonmaak en onderhoud kan het een en ander verbeterd worden. Heel veel stof onder en achter het bed, deurklinken die los zijn (en je dus uit de deur trok) een toilet welke moeilijk door te spoelen was en een vies balkon. Echter wel voldoenden servies en voorraad zoals suiker en zout, dat was aanwezig. Bedden prima maar wanneer de ander zich draait lijkt het wel een trampoline. Prima verblijf gehad maar zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar op deze accommodatie.
