Breakfast, location, price (were the main reasons to choose this property)

Except small misunderstanding with the access code everything was great.

The location was good and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was great. Leonardo who works there was very helpful.

Rooms were very tiny and the twin beds were very narrow.

The property is clean and comfortable and very close to the centre of Porto

I really liked the level of security when accessing the apartment. Before reaching the apartment door, there is an additional main door that gives access to all the rooms, also protected by a code, which made us feel safe. The place was very clean and reasonably comfortable. The apartment itself was nice and well equipped: there was shampoo and shower gel, which was convenient, as well as a microwave, a mini fridge, and two televisions, which we enjoyed a lot. The double windows were also a plus. I also liked the breakfast. Even though it was simpler than I initially expected, it was still nice. It was delivered early in the morning directly to the room, which was convenient. Finally, the location was excellent: right in the city centre and very close to Aliados metro station.

What disappointed me the most was that the accommodation is presented online as if it were a hotel, but in reality it is a local accommodation in a residential building. The entrance is just that of an old building, with a very typical residential elevator, which does not match the expectations created by the photos and description. The images make the room look much brighter and more “hotel-like” than it actually is, and once there, it is clear that the reality does not fully correspond to what is advertised. Overall, it is not a bad place, but it does not live up to the image that is presented online
