Super clean, staff extremely nice and helpful, breakfast delicious, and the location was excellent.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy everything Porto has to offer. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything was impeccably clean throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our visit. A special thank you to Leonardo, who treated us with incredible kindness and professionalism. We were also very grateful to the staff member who assisted us by phone when we had a little difficulty finding the hotel. We felt a bit lost, but they guided us every step of the way and made sure we arrived safely. The level of care and attention we received was outstanding. Clean, welcoming, well-located, and staffed by genuinely wonderful people. A fantastic experience from beginning to end. We would gladly stay here again and recommend it 100% to anyone visiting Porto!

Clean facilities, rooms ,the staff was very friendly .excelent location.

Spotless room. Newly renovated and stylish right down to the big tile marble bathroom. All the amenities were there. When you buy the breakfast, its delivered to your room. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. Friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. Location is great. Central but not overrun with tourists. Lots of things to see around. It will be my first choice the next time I’m in Porto again.
