Excellent location. Receptionist with blond hair who checked us in was so nice and facilitated us so well., thank you. Room was so clean with lovely towels .

We were disappointed with the breakfast. Scrambled eggs were cold and didn’t taste great.

Hotel is situated at an excellent location. Very friendly and smiling staff. I recommend Alexander who could even remember my room number every time I went to get the room key. Same breakfast every day. Didnt like it much. But the staff are friendly. However the room was very small, not even a single chair to sit when you don't want to be on the bed and want to sit up and relax. Smell like a open gutter in the bathroom though bathrooms are clean. I booked it long ago and recommend one other colleague to book here as well. She too booked a single room however she got a massive room with an additional area with a couch to relax for the same price.

Didn't like the room. It was very small.. Bathroom was having some bad odor like open gutter.. No chair to sit and relax. Pillows need to be a bit bigger than what you have currently to aid comfortable sleep. .. No lift till 9th floor where you can use it while going or coming back after breakfast, shiny steep cement steps.. I had a fall from the 9th floor down to 8th and now ended up in emergency department..
