The property was clean, the staff were helpful, and great location
The hairdryer in our room was broken so we weren’t able to have one for our three day stay, but they did order one when I mentioned it. Also the stairs are no joke, especially if you’re on the top floor like us, and they make a lot of noise.

Good location, nice dining area with kitchen utensils. Clean bathrooms (for the women's)
No flexibility to check in earlier than 3 PM. My bed creaks whenever I move so I feel sorry for the person underneath the bunkbed though she said she didn't mind, it's "normal" for bunk beds...

Good location to start the Camino de Santiago. Short walk to the center of Porto and good food. Had what you needed.

The location is absolutely perfect. The staff was very helpful!
The bathrooms are a bit uncomfortable to use- as they’re unisex and the toilets/sinks/showers are all in one room for multiple people at once.
The lobby was blasting metal music at all times which was hard (for me) to relax around. There’s just not a lot of comfortable lounge space, as well as the dorm rooms are very cramped and hard to move around in.
